While Gopher Mods were unable to successfully replace the cracked screen on my husbands phone it wasn't due to lack of effort. The staff treated me fairly and did everything in their power to overcome a couple vendor defective screens with no luck. I would definitely recommend them. Professional and very courteous.

I have one of those old iPhone SE's that suddenly started losing battery power the second I unplugged it from charging. I didn't even know you could get that battery replaced, but when I learned it was possible, I took it to Gophermods. The staff was professional, affable, and straightforward regarding the repair. It took about 2 hours to get my battery replaced and it totally changed my life. They are affordable and efficient. I'm totally using Gophermods again for whatever tech needs I have!

My iPhone “died” this morning. Took it to Gophermods Woodbury and Emma had it running in minutes and she showed me what to do if the same happened again. She was awesome They will be my go to support going forward.

I really enjoyed my experience at Gophermods! I brought my iPhone 8 plus in to get a screen repair... The staff member told me it would take about 2 1/2 hours but I got an email the repair was complete much sooner than that! Awesome service

I had used Gophermods years ago to repair my son's iPad. When my Moto z4 screen shattered out in Yellowstone, I called them for an estimate. I also called their competition. They were within $5, but weren't up front about the replacement part's inability to enable the use of the Moto finger print recognition. After the initial repair, the Moto screen cracked within two days. I returned to the store and asked for a warranty replacement. The manager was up front with me about the crack, saying that it could be that the new screen was not seared properly, but he couldn't tell without taking the screen off. That guaranteed the need for another screen. He also said that they could work with me if nothing odd was found. I interpreted that to mean that I would purchase the second repair screen. Knowing I had no choice, I left the phone. A day later I received a call from the manager. He told me that the second new screen was badand that they were overnight shipping another screen. (Note, the Moto screen is difficult to get). They had the repairs complete before noon the following day. When I walked into the store, they handed me my phone and thanked me for my patience. There was no charge for the repairs. I have to say that Gophermods was honest, responsive, courteous, and professional. They do a tough job well on equipment people can't live without.
