By far some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. My iPhone 11 camera was broken as well as the entire front screen. They were able to order the proper parts and fix both pieces quickly and efficiently at a very low cost. My phone now looks brand new. Thank you so much!

Brought my phone in because my samsung s8 had a swollen battery. The tech was very fast and very knowledgeable. I called a few different places and they all want over 100. I brought it in spur of the moment and was under 60. I would highly recommend everyone to go there for phone repairs. Was also told about the year warranty. Bonus!

I'm a Disabled Veteran, I just got home from my 2nd appointment with this company in 3 days. I was so impress by them the way and how they were solving my first problem on my first device, I came back to them today. 2 day's with a my 2nd problem on a different device, which they also solved.. This is a newer start up company is simply unbelievable GREAT!!! I just got home from my 2nd appointment with them in 3 day, for 2 different technical problems from their store in Woodbury. My experience all begain with the first contact with their technician's when you first walk threw their door, they are so friendly and you can actually feel and see their smiles threw their mask's, I really mean this. With Emma, she's GREAT and with today's experience with Emma and Owen who is a (FANTASTIC TECHNICIAN) he was able to solve and he was able to successfully repair my device which was a impossible repair. I was so impressed by Owen's expertise and his abilities that I bought everyone there a pizza for a tip for lunch to be delivered. The technician's that they have there are just simply, "Awesome", they are not only technically "savvy" EXPERT'S, what is more important to me and to many people is, they are also so, so personal and polite and you know this, you get this feeling they really, really do care about you and your needs as their customer. You can really sense and feel this by how they listening to you and the questions they asked you.. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this company for ALL of your repair needs for all of your electronics devices.
