The guys at Apple Valley didn't have the screen I needed, but called Eagan who put it on hold for me. I drove up there and they had it installed in less than an hour! Awesome above and beyond service!

Great! Broke my phone screen and thought I lost pictures of my newborn and toddler ( never cried so hard in my life). Thought pictures were backed up but wasn't!! Heard about them through an employee at the geeksquad after being told they couldn't help me retrieve my photos or video. The service here was wonderful, they (forgot both men's name) put another phone brain into my phone and got ALL my pictures. Moments in time that i can never get back! so grateful!! Thank you!!!

Brought a Lenovo laptop in that was previously repaired by a national chain store repair team. Unfortunately, the previous repair was not done correctly, but we waited too long to complain (warranty period expired) because the previous repair had taken so long and we needed the laptop for the school year. The flaw grew worse over time and eventually it was not usable. With the school year starting up again we needed to bite the bullet and get it fixed. Brought the laptop to Gophermods and they fixed it in 2 days over a weekend. It appears to be working perfectly and we were only charged for labor. Super happy, because this was an expensive computer with only a bad repair (display wiring incorrectly installed). Most important, we have avoided an expensive purchase. Gophermods found the problem at their store, tested it and didn't need to send out for parts or off-site repair. Would go there again absolutely.
