I took my phone in a couple weeks back fearing I would need a complete lightning port replacement. And from what I saw online they seemed to have a very competitive rate. When I got there the guy immediately checked it and determined it just needed cleaning so 2 minutes in the back and he had it done for me for no charge. I picked gophermods for their price but I will return for their service. A great place!

My daughter's ipad wouldn't charge because part of the charger broke off and got stuck in the charging port. John S fixed it in under 1 minute. Other places were going to charge me $150 and keep the ipad for 2 days to fix it. Great staff, great quality, and great service--I'm never going anywhere else!

Tanner (I think that the manager or lead) when I was there on Monday should give a graduate class on customer service. He and his coworker were clear, concise and very helpful. The Eagan store has always been reliable and fair priced. I recommend the store to friends and family. You know what I really appreciate is that the staff, probably can see from a mile away that I am a digital dinosaur, and yet they have been outstanding in their ability to explain things and be genuinely sincere and nice!
