Gophermods did a great job replacing a badly cracked screen on my daughter's iPad. It's exactly like new again. The staff is very professional and they turned it around quickly, even though they had a backlog right after a holiday weekend.

I had a big problem, my cell phone screen went black, I went to my local T-Mobile and they said I needed a new phone, and they could not get my information off the phone because it was not backed up properly. I by accident found some cell phone repair places and they all said they could help me but it would cost $$. I also by accident found Gopher Mods in Eagan, not only could they help me but the cost was much less then the others. Not only did they help me with my latest phone which was an edge 7, they also help me with an older phone (Samsung S4) that I hung on to which had a cracked screen and had information on it that I had hoped some day to retrieve. Tanner at the Eagan office was very helpful, very understanding and most of all delivered on everything that he said he could do. He did an outstanding job!

From two to five stars. After an initial rough experience with an iPhone screen replacement that glitched, and then experiencing issues with the replacement of the replacement, the company reached out to me and worked to make things right. The Eagan manager Tanner was the primary contact, and seemed very genuine about wanting to improve my experience with Goohermods. In the end, the way this company handled my concerns made me feel like they do really value their customers and care about their products. I do recommend being proactive in communicating with this company if you need additional support, and found they really worked hard to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction once they know the problem.

Had my iPad 2 screen replaced - told me it would be 3-4days but got done the next day! Yay! Really professional and knowledgeable. Pricing is really reasonable! Totally will recommend this place to others!!!
