I want to thank Gophermods, Owen specifically, for going the extra mile. I had not set up my Galaxy 10 to back up data, so when my screen died T Mobile basically told me that there was nothing i could do to retrieve it from the phone. Owen got creative and figured out how to get my phones to sync and transfer data using a phone with a blank screen! The screen still reacted to touch and he navigated it, basically, blindfolded. Thanks Owen! a Years worth of pictures, videos and communication are accessible, and will be backed up immediately.

I was kept well-informed about how long it would take to obtain a replacement screen for my phone. Once the screen was in the shop, my phone was fixed very quickly. The repairs were explained to me, as was the warranty for the screen. Overall a great experience!
