Just phenomenal; these guys are knowledgeable, courteous, and cool. Tanner went out of his way to make sure I was accommodated quickly for an out of stock part and the multiple component repair was done in less than 2 hours. 2 year old samsung Note 9 is like a brand new phone now for a fraction of the new phone price. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: repair is FREE if you have a Wells Fargo or Chase rewards credit card and pay your monthly cell phone bill with it; they will reimburse you for repairs up to $600 twice a year.
