I've been to Gophermods a few times over the past few years and have always had a great experience. My most recent visit was due to a botched repair done through Asurion insurance that cracked the back glass of my phon . Amber at Goohermods in Eagan was able to fix the glass and battery of my phone at a fraction of what the deductible would have been. She made sure to reach out and verify that I had a current backup before performing a reset of my phone. Great, knowledgeable staff that are a pleasure to work with!

I can't say enough about the level of service at the Eagan location. I dealt with Tanner on 3 occasions and 3 other members, which I sadly do not know their names, and they were phenomenally helpful.
