The staff has always been polite to me any time I came in. I purchased a bed frame from Ensley Fairfield mattress and it's very sturdy. I will be going back to purchase a queen mattress set. The queen mattress set they showed me is very comfortable, I can't wait to get it. You guys please continue to serve the Birmingham metro area with quality service and products and you will continue to be blessed. Thanks again for all the help and recommendations. Ensley Fairfield Mattress is the absolute best! I had been looking everywhere for a mattress topper that was listed as back ordered by other sellers. The staff here managed to get it delivered to me (and I live in Michigan) within a week. Plus, the price they charged was lower than the other, back-ordered sellers. I was amazed. I can not overstate how highly I recommend this place!

Just like The Bright Star, Ensley Fairfield Mattress Company has been in business over 100 years because they do business the right way. Don’t buy from the big box stores. Buy from a local, family-owned company who stands behind their products!!!

We visited Ensley-Fairfield last Saturday, and it was a wonderful experience. The manager (or owner possibly) helped us so much. He took his time, answered our millions of questions, and we ended up with an excellent mattress. It was after their closing time when we left and he went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get our mattress the same day. I was truly stunned at the excellent customer service. I would never buy a mattress anywhere else, and I highly recommend this location (as well as the one in Pelham).

Great experience. I needed a mattress foundation quickly due to my family evacuating due to a hurricane. The foundation was delivered the next day, on time. The entire experience was exceptional customer service. It is so rare to receive good and friendly customer service. I will continue to do business with Ensley Mattress for my next purchases.

We’d been dreading mattress shopping because so many companies give only marketing jargon, and it’s impossible to know what you’re actually buying. We went to EFM where Perry helped us, and we had a fantastic experience. We got actual information that we wanted but felt no pressure. Ordered our mattress and had it at the house a week later. Very pleased, highly recommend.

I would have save time if I had only visited EF Mattress Co first. Prices are lower than the other stores I visited AND the individualized customer service was the best I've ever had on any purchase-EVER! There is a reason this family has lasted 105 years!

I absolutely Love my mattress, and every time my daughters come over, they tell me how amazing it is as well! I did shop around, and they were less than two other places comparatively. So my decision was clear to shop here with an American made mattress, and locally run and operated company. Highly recommend!

Second purchase from them-Great as before. They have numerous options to choose from, and they let you try out and take your time on as many as you like - do not pressure you at all. Mattress delivered within one week of purchase. The delivery guys text the day before to confirm a time. They also gave a short window (e.g. 1-2pm) instead of typical 8-5 delivery times of other companies, which was much more convenient and accommodating. They texted when they were on their way as well. Will shop there again for sure.

I haven’t owned a mattress that was purchased from anywhere other than EF Mattress. There is no comparison when it comes to customer service and knowledge of products. It’s their goal to help you get a good nights sleep. There is no sales hype or steering in any direction. They listen. Guide. Let you try the mattress in the store. Friendly. No sales pitch. Love buying locally. They appreciate your business. Who can fault with a locally owned business who has been in this family owned company for so many years. Started their company 104 years ago making the mattresses in the back of their store. They know the business. I have made many purchases from EF Mattress. Never been disappointed. Wishing you all many many more years in this industry.

I will never buy a mattress from anywhere but here ever again. They have a lifelong customer! They were incredibly helpful from beginning to end. My husband and I had an idea of what we wanted. The gentleman that helped us, researched exactly what we wanted and showed us the most comparable mattresses they had. Which turned out to be even better, and better priced, then what we had thought about getting previously. This is just a good down home southern family owned business that respects every person that walks thru the door!!!

We were looking for a mattress with a firm support that wouldn’t hurt our joints. We tested several brands and settled on the Pure Talalay Bliss which Shery recommended to us. Shery was very helpful and knowledgeable and listened carefully to our needs and concerns. Overall, we had a great experience with Ensley Fairfield and are totally satisfied with our mattress.

I’ve traded with this company several times in 40 years and every purchase has been a “no regrets purchase”. Now, I’m going back to get anther iron bed and another mattress set this weekend. In the past 10 years I purchased 2 other very highly rated mattresses from 2 other stores. No comparison! I’m headed back to EFM to replace one set. My mother and daddy bought high quality beds and mattresses many years ago and they traded only with EFM. Oh, and my granddaughter is now sleeping in an iron bed we purchased for my daughter from EFM 30 years ago! Excellent quality!! Great prices. Excellent workmanship! Go shopping again, it’s fun!
