I purchased a system during quarantine. Working w a smaller company was so helpful. Not only was each employee I dealt with helpful and pleasant, but with a vested interest - they were very knowledgeable. The price was so much more affordable for me too. I now wake up with a happy back!!!

I have been a customer of Ensley Fairfield Mattress Co for close to 30 years. During that time I have purchased several mattresses and beds from them. I am still dealing with the same sales person that sold me my first mattress and the customer service is always so friendly. You cannot find a better business to deal with.

I believe in supporting our local businesses as often as we can. I went to Ensley for two twin mattresses for my sons bunk bed. The lady helped me with what I needed at the price I could afford. I was in and out in no time. Also, the delivery was quick and friendly. I highly recommend Ensley.

We needed a mattress, and as we walked into this place, my words to my wife were "We're not buying anything." Jill greeted us, super friendly, very comfortable and incredibly knowledgeable. She knows so much about mattresses and how they are made, how they different materials work, it was great. We knew we didn't need to go anywhere else, and I really wanted to support a local business. We left with our new mattress on order. Just a great place and great people if you need a mattress. BUY LOCAL!

When it was time to purchase a new mattress for my youngest daughter, I called Jillian at Ensley Fairfield Mattress Company. She took the time to get to know our needs by asking about my daughter’s preferences, her bed frame, as well as our budget. After narrowing our choices down to a handful of affordable options, Jillian helped us pick out the perfect mattress and we couldn’t be happier! Jillian and her family are super helpful and I would highly recommend visiting their store!!!

I've bought at least four mattresses at Ensley Fairfield Mattress Co. over the years and have been very happy with all of them. I wouldn't even consider going to another store. The customer service experience is great! They always help me find the right mattress for me. I recently bought my second king mattress from them for my master bedroom and we love it! It is so comfortable. Their delivery service is super! They always deliver when they say they will and are so helpful and polite. I plan to use their turning service for my new mattress. I highly recommend this business!

I needed to buy a mattress for our new rv. It's a special size and trying to buy a quality mattress is very difficult. We could find cheap or poorly made mattress but we are senior citizens and needed to have a good, high quality mattress. A lady at the rv store in bessemer recommended Ensley Fairfield Mattress Co in Alabaster, Al. In the middle of the pandemic shut down we were able to met with a sales person in a clean store where we and the clerk wore masks. She was very helpful and showed us multiple mattresses. She informed us that any of the ones she showed us could be custom made to the measurements that we needed. We ordered the mattress and it was ready in 2 weeks. We choose to pick up the mattress ourselves. When we got to the store the mattress was wrapped in plastic and ready for pickup. The service was perfect and the mattress is great. It's better than the one I have in my bedroom. When the time comes I will replace my home mattress with a mattress from Ensley in Alabaster.

When my wife and I decided to buy a new mattress, we went straight to Ensley Fairfield Mattress based on our prior good experience. We had specific needs, most importantly that the mattress be latex-free. EFM's helpful and friendly staff pointed out which of their mattresses met our requirements. When we made our choice, EFM processed the order, manufactured the mattress set, then contacted us a few days later for us to select a delivery date and approximate time. On the agreed day (only seven days after we placed the order), delivery personnel called to confirm they were about 30 minutes away. They arrived on time and quickly and efficiently set up the new mattress and foundation. We were thoroughly impressed with all aspects of the buying process and have been very happy with the new mattress set.

I needed a mattress for my son and of course I went back to Ensley Fairfield Mattress Co. I didn’t even question myself to shop anywhere else because I have been satisfied with every mattress I have purchased there or slept on at a family member’s or friend’s house. My son has been very satisfied and slept well on his new mattress. My personal mattress is also from here. The family, friendly customer service and hometown feel makes it stand out far above any other place to shop because your sleep matters to them! I just received my chairs back from being reupholstered and I absolutely love them. Perry and his family have been amazing to work with and understood how important these chairs were to me. These chairs are about 60 years old and have been handed down to me. When I saw my chairs yesterday, you couldn’t wipe the smile from my face. The gentleman that did the reupholstering is truly amazing and I wish I could hug his neck.

The service was excellent and professional. The mattress is so comfortable and the price was great. They set it up and made sure I was happy with it before they left. They make you feel like family.
