My sincere thanks to the team in the North Berwick office for the professional, positive and efficient service received during my recent property sale. Selling during a pandemic was never going to be entirely stress-free. However, from my first contact with Diane Jennings I felt I was in safe hands. Diane and her team ensured that I was supported throughout and kept informed at all stages. At our first meeting Diane provided expert advice on how best to present the property, including the benefits of having a video presentation. She also provided reassurance about the additional safety measures required for viewings. In just over a week, a full marketing report and breakdown of costs was agreed, Home Report provided, photographs and video taken and the property went live. Within 10 days, an offer was made and accepted. I couldn’t be happier about the service and outcome achieved.

When we decided to sell our house in Gullane we obviously wanted the best price and for that we needed a company that really knew the area and could market our individual house to it’s best potential.
