My PJ 22'B6 pulls and loads like a dream, can hardly tell its behind me. Loading is made easy with the addition of extra long and wider ramps covered with expanded metal for a smooth load every time. Blackwood Pro full decking gives the nonslip traction and safety. I've owned this trailer for 2 years without a complaint (except everyone wanting to borrow it). Cant see myself owning anything other than a PJ Trailer. Best built, best pulling, most fictional, best looking trailer out there.

I purchased my 6th PJ Trailer. The first time I went to use it the hydraulic valve that adjusts the rate of the tilt was leaking and the knob was stripped. The tilt deck also wouldn’t stay down. It would slowly rise to a level position. I took it back to the dealer and they replaced the valve and bled the hydraulics. The second time I went to use it the deck wouldn’t stay down again. I called PJ and they said it needed a counter weight added to the back of the trailer because I upgraded to an oak deck. I had the dealer install the counter weight and they did a very poor job. I spent almost 9k on and trailer that had a weight added under the back that looks like a back yard mechanic installed that had to much to drink. When I contacted Pj they said it’s the dealers problem. I agree to a point however they are quick to pass the buck and put the blame on the dealer when this should have been installed by the factory not the dealer. They don’t seem to care about the end user. I will never buy another pj trailer. Also they powder coating is a joke!!!!

I bought a tilt trailer. The grease zerk for the tilt pin is behind the rear wheel in a 2 o'clock position so you have to take the wheel off to get to it. If they had put the zerk in a 9 o'clock position you could reach it. I wish manufacturers had to service their own stuff.

I purchased this 2016 PJ gooseneck trailer from an individual less than a year and it was OK when I purchased it. As seen in the picture, one of the floorboards was improperly installed and though it was screwed down, it recently warped and now extends above the metal lip of the bed (under which it should have been installed). I called PJTrailer's warranty office and then provided a picture of the warped board and a picture of the VIN. The warranty officer said the trailer had been purchased in 2015 (more than a year ago) and they refused to repair it. I think a reputable manufacturing company would be responsible for correcting a defect of their origin. The trailer is quality, it is the people who interpret the company's responsibility to the users of their products that I find at fault. This is an obvious manufacturing defect.

Bought new car trailer. Not from this place, but assume this is where it was made. First the hitch broke, then the landing gear loosened up. The wood is soft and gouges easy. Today almost lost ramp as the rails that hold them in the Dove tail was not fit right. I had to pry it out the rest of the way as it was wedged with 95% falling out of track. I was told how well these trailers were built and how perfect and professional the Amish we're that are supposed to build these. So far I am not happy. Trailer is a few months old and used about once a week. Also not happy about rust issues. This is Arizona. Newly painted things should not rust here. I wouldn't even expect it this soon in New York

Our first trailer had a spring break in the axel after about 5 months. It has never been over loaded. Our second trailer had a brake light out on the first load. Had to be completely rewired after it was misdiagnosed at a verified dealer and had to go back. We lost tons of revenue and were put out of service which resulted in points on our CSA score. Bad quality control. Horrible customer service outside of their warranty.

Don't even consider buying this junk - after 3 years of use (trailering a RZR XP 1000 4 or 5 times a year ) the ramps are bowed and now the welds have broke loose. Trailer is brand new condition, always garaged, barely used. PJ told me to go pound sand, only covered for 1 year. Obviously a design flaw, there should be another support brace so the full weight is no strictly on the corrugated metal. Never again, I learned my lesson, be aware in case you're looking at some of their junk

Buyer beware! We bought a trailer specifically to carry two four-wheelers and a side by side. We worked with the dealer to make sure we got a trailer that would accommodate the load. After the first real test, the bed started to bow. We had to get a welder to come reinforce it up so that we could get it home. Called PJ support and sent pictures in and were told that we loaded it wrong. We suggested that maybe their axle wasn’t far enough back to support the weight of the gate (which is EXTREMELY heavy) and our 4 wheeler. We loaded the trailer with the 4 wheeler at the front (loaded sideways) and then the SXS and the 2nd 4 wheeler at the end. Well UNDER their weight threshold. They will not stand by their trailer defect. So disappointed and just wanted to warn others that you don’t want one of these if you actually want to use the entire length of the trailer…

My 2020 dump trailer is back in the shop for its 3rd Jack repair. PJ doesn’t want to cover it under warranty. The door hold backs were mis aligned and failed first dump. “Not a warranty issue” The brace that the Jack is mounted to is inadequate and bent while trailer was dropped loaded. They “fixed “ that with an extra brace. The original Ram Jack collapsed under load and was replaced with another brand. The pin fail out and it wouldn’t operate. They don’t want to cover “because the screws from the cap were removed” Well, considering it wasn’t greased when they installed it, am I as the owner not allowed to maintain it?

I worked here and enjoyed the people I worked with. Unfortunately the leadership culture at the corporate and plant level is toxic. Instead of owning problems as a team and solving them for the benefit of the customer, they focus their energy on finding blame and deflecting. They are unable to commit to an Operations strategy for any length of time. I’ve never worked so hard and felt so little satisfaction in my work. I’m much happier and healthier now.

Worst customer service in the industry. No one EVER answers the phone. They don't carry parts to support their own trailers. The webpage to return products doesn't work. My local trailer dealer (where I purchased the trailer years back) just laughed out load when I told him no one would answer the phone. He said that's why he stopped carrying PJ Trailers. I'll never buy another PJ.

I will never buy another PJ trailer. Below are the photos I sent while it was under warranty that they refused to follow up on. Mind you it was under 2 years old at the time. Shortly after the warranty expired the frame of our trailer broke in half and required thousands of dollars to repair. Mind you this trailer has never been overloaded. We bought it so we could split our loads up to avoid overloading. Compare this to my Maxx D trailer that is 8 years old now. has been overloaded dozens of times and generally beat to hell. It has had no major repairs needed only wear items. The springs on our Maxx D broke after 8 years. The PJ spring broke after 3. If you need an over priced trailer that will seldom be used PJ is probably fine. If you need a real trailer that can take abuse and is worth the price Buy a Maxx D. I do not work for Maxx D and have no affiliation with them other then the trailer I purchased from them.

This is the absolute worst place to deliver. Flatbeds and box vans all deliver to the same place one at a time. You will be here for hours. I’ve already been here for 2 1/2 hours and made it to the gate to gain entry but look what in my mirror! This place is a cluster!

Amazed by this paint job. How can you over spray enough to leave a run 5 feet long and not even 6 inches above that rust showing on a brand new trailer. The whole trailer is either run or rust

12' x 83" Low Pro Dump 14K. The workmanship and general quality of assembly is an utter embarrassment and almost unbelievable. I've never in my life seen such poor quality. I've seen votech kids make better welds on their first day than what I'm seeing on this dump trailer. The wiring is pitiful and will all need replaced in 2 years if your up north, the lights are cheap junk and they couldn't be bothered to pull the tape off the back before plugging it into the pigtail. And the tailgate doesn't even work properly. The design appears legit, but the quality control is a complete joke, I'm assuming they're paying $10/hr for "welders" and pushing them through as fast as possible with no regard for quality. Very disappointed and will be looking for a higher quality MFG in the future.

Don't buy one. They are a rust bucket. The paint job is horrid. I can peel the paint off in sheets.I dont believe they used any primer.

We purchased a new 24' equipment trailer in 2016, was a great trailer. just starting to have surface rust after 5 years. We decided we needed to add a dump trailer to our fleet and I purchased a new 2019 PJ 16' 14k lowpro dump, it and the support from PJ, and their staff has been absolutely terrible. I purchased the trailer in the end of April 2019, it is currently April 30, 2020 writing this review, the underside of the trailer has had rust bubbling through all the frame members, welds, and side panels. I contacted PJ for a warranty claim on February 19th. I have had to constantly reach out to them again to try and make any headway, they offered a measly $500 for the paint issue, quotes locally to repair the rust were nearly $2 grand . Two months later, still no resolution, Called the warranty dept. today to be hung up on by Ethan after being told paint was a wear item. We are getting rid of both trailers, will never buy another, You shouldn't either, junk trailers, worse support.
