My partner applied for financing for trailer, but he was not approved. He told the salesman that a second partner would come and buy trailer. Salesman Jacob told him he would sent form to put down a deposit to hold trail. Meanwhile I’m on the way to purchase trailer, but was told that someone else was already purchasing. I’ve dealt with many companies in my life, and this is bad business. Then the salesman Jacob tells me its first come first serve, cause many people say they going to send deposit , and that he can’t predict the future. SMH .

I purchased a PJ Dump Trailer. The back gate is terrible and it shot Hydraulic fluid all over on the first lift. I have been trying to get it fixed but receive little help from PJ Trailers or the bad dealer that sold it. I recommend looking at Texas Pride, Big TEX or some other brand with less problems. One bad day with help will cost more than any savings you could get from PJ Trailers

Never seen anything rust so bad!! After seven years can't tie anything to rail because they are completely rusted through. called and was told chemicals on road are responsible and the fact that the trailer was not used in the winter meant nothing to them. Don't buy one!!! I would love to post a picture of the dissolved metal. I've got trailers that are twenty years old that look brand new compared to this seven year old one

2016 PJ buggy hauler with pj stake pocket D-Rings, fits one side of the trailer just fine, the other side none of them fit in any of the pockets. I've tried emailing and leaving voice mails and have not received a call back‍♂️.

One of the most unprofessional companies on the market if you have or know anyone with this trailer brand be sure to inspect all the welding if you have one or looking at buying one also be sure to find my video I'm releasing tomorrow I don't know how they sleep at night putting the general publics safety at risk....

gotta be honest. i have 2 pj's...had an issue with one and it sucks you really cant get a lot of help fron the company direct. you must go through the dealer you purchased it through. in the end PJ helped me out but it took a lot of arguing back and forth. over a trailer that was under warranty (4 out of the 12 months). paint sucks on my dump trailer and the welds on the side are trash but the utility is way nicer. paint is already flaking off the dump and its been 6 months. real crazy. all about the prep

Paint falls off in 6 months. Yes I did contact pj and their excuse was salt and chemicals when the trailer only has never been on the road in winter and only gets used June July and August. Its just a generic excuse they give everyone that gets their money stolen. I spent the extra money to get a "powdercoated" pj but I got a trailer that was left to rust before it was painted and now the paint is falling off and rusting. thanks your help pj

Bought a new hydraulic dovetail gooseneck on November 2013. Paid over $15000 for it. Added the rough cut oak deck option. When I received it I noticed the boards were grey and already splintered. I assumed that was standard with their rough cut. Now here I am 4 1/2 years later and my deck is rot almost though. Should of rejected the trailer and made them do it again or saved my money and put the standard pine on it. I use it very little, but it's done everything I've asked it to so far, but what goods a trailer with no deck.

I have a pj roll off rollster with three bins. It has so may design and safety issues. Very low quality parts. They offered to take it back, then backed down. It took pj 6 months to fix issues through a third party. Lost jobs and money, I still keep having problems with it.

Well bought a enclosed RC trailer (PJ is owned by the same company) back in the spring of 2014, build quality was so so. Not the nicest trailer I've owned but not the worst trailer. so i thought. 3.5 years later while backing in to the driveway the tongue snapped off. i thought no big deal I'm sure RC would take care of it. Well i was wrong. They said there was only a 3 year warranty on it and they would do nothing about it. While talking to my local dealer they told me they had a few other trailer that RC made around the same time fail the same way. Now I'm stuck with a 17 foot lawn decoration, and have to go buy a new trailer from someone else. So a long story short there are plenty of other brands of trailers that are built nicer and have a real warranty.

Terrible quality control, dump bed is off center. Parts take forever because they make them in batches and when they're out customers have to wait until there are enough orders. Had 3 of their dump trailers, switched to another manufacturer.

I just purchased a 2018 PJ trailer. This is by far the worst trailer I have ever had. I purchased it from a dealer and had it delivered. There were numerous places which had rust on them and were just painted over with the paint already flaking off. The ramps are a pain to get into their storage. The door that holds the ramps in does not fit right and is extremely difficult to get the pin out of it. Then the hitch would not release the ball so I had to take the pin that holes the ball onto my truck out and drive off just so I could unhook the trailer from my truck. I have owned 5 different trailers in the last 5 years and many more than that over my life span. I have had home made, dump trailers, car haulers, and boat trailers.... this is the worst trailer by far that I have ever owned!!

Worst trailers in the market... they charge money to their own employees for any missing weld on the trailer.

I have a PJ dump trailer 7-8 year old. I am not sure how long trailer last. I though if you take care of it , should last a long time. But There iron must be real cheap, because my trailer is a rust bucket. All the PJ Trailers like mine look the same. Rust hole in the sides and bed. I have had to get the spring holders repaired. They had rusted right off. I don't think I would ever buy a PJ Trailer again. My Goose neck trailer is much older and don't show the rust like the PJ Trailer.. Cheap grade of steel.

Would rate zero stars if possible. Truckers beware!! This company has the most rude and unprofessional workers. We are a trucking company and picked up a load out of here last week, and they took all day loading the truck, he ended up being over width and over height, and when the driver asked for them to rearrange the trailers so that he would be legal, the shipping manager Abe called him a stupid driver, and then had the nerve to call our broker and told her that the driver was being disrespectful. We will NEVER pick up a load from them ever again, and we would recommend that any other trucking company pass on hauling for them as well. 0/10 horrible place.
