I bought my first truck new at Fourlane and just had my first service done. They couldn’t shuttle me to Red Deer but even better gave me a nice truck to use while they had mine. I was told they were good to deal with but just experienced it myself. Sharon and Kelsey made it easy and I’ll be back in the future.

What a great Team they have at Fourlane Ford, from the sales and business folks to the service department they have always treated us like valued customers. Myself and family members have dealt there several times now and we recently purchased a Mustang GT from Davin, the experience was so easy we did the deal over the phone and the net and the price was right on the mark. Sharon and her service team are awesome and have always treated us fantastic. In fact my wife told me she hoped we could buy from Fourlane again and our prior service experience was a big part of her comment. We live in a town with another Ford dealer but travel to Innisfail for both sales and service due to they way they treat us at Fourlane. I cannot express just what incredible service my family and I received at Fourlane Ford. In mid January, I was taking my two young daughters on a week long ski trip into B.C. from Edmonton. Just outside of Innisfail, we hit something and had a major flat on the highway. It was going to be a two plus hour wait for a tow truck so I bundled up my girls and we started to walk into Innisfail. We were quickly picked up by a wonderful woman who gave us a ride into Fourlane. There we met Sharon, who, after hearing our story took it upon herself to ensure we got back safely on the road. The tow truck driver was not going to get to the dealership in time before it closed on a Friday so Sharon arranged to have their parts manager Kerry and herself stay after hours to make sure I got the tire changed and back on the road. She made sure my girls were safe and comfortable the whole time and everyone there shared incredible kindness to us. They truly embody what World Class customer service looks like. My girls were able to witness not only great service but more importantly, the kindness of strangers. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
