We recently moved to Innisfail and have taken both our Ford vehicles to the service department at Fourlane Ford. They are totally efficient, friendly and competent. They also provided a loaner vehicle which was much appreciated. Brad is always excellent at explaining their service work. We will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle here as the last dealership we bought from, unfortunately, had a one star service department.....

Just recently bought a brand new F150 from Fourlane and have to say I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in making the process seamless and personable. From a customers point of view, I was a bit overwhelmed at the idea of buying a brand new vehicle from going through the finances to having a couple additional parts added onto the truck. That feeling quickly dissolved once I walked through the front door. Bart introduced me to the team, showed me the truck, walked me through all the things I needed to know about it and Jaimie did an amazing job with breaking down the finances. The folks at Fourlane had no trouble in answering my questions and created a very comfortable atmosphere for me. I got a follow up call a couple days later from Bart just making sure everything was ok. That speaks volumes for me. I’m a very happy and satisfied customer. Look forward to driving my new ford knowing I have 100% support from them.

In today's economy, any purchase has to be well researched, and one of the biggest purchases other than your home is a vehicle I spent several months scouring the Ford Canada site and checking Alberta Ford dealers inventory. I found what I was looking for at Fourlane Ford in Innisfail. My wife and I traveled up from Airdrie and met with Sales Associate Dani. What a breath of fresh air. Truly personable, professional and a great sense of humor. Business manager Kevin was also great to deal with. We've purchased "LOTS" of vehicles over the years from some very nice dealerships, but this experience was by far the best. Fourlane really knows how to make you feel like one of the family, GREAT JOB and we'll see you again!!!!

I have a local Ford dealership, but I travel 30 minutes to Fourlane to get my service done. Always done right the first time and they provide options for parts, generic or Ford. I take both my vehicles there. If an issue arises, they are respectful of my time and make things right. Renovations to the building have made for a more pleasant experience as well.
