I have been a Dodge girl for the last ten years (5 new Dodge rams in that time, a bit excessive admittedly). Had my eye on a Bronco and decided to take the plunge, being from Fort McMurray and trying to shop local I reached out to 2 sales reps from our local dealership who didn't seem to want to help. Shopped around online and found my dream Bronco at Fourlane, I cannot say enough how seamless Kevin in sales made everything for me. Cary in finance made the paperwork incredibly easy as well. As for the vehicle, it drives beautifully (I may be a Ford girl for life now), but the service alone at this dealership will have me going back for any future vehicle purchases. I'll also add they delivered it to my home as soon as the sale was complete - no anxiously waiting for them to find the time to deliver, perhaps they knew how excited I was! Kevin provided picture updates as they received my tires and rims, and sent me pictures of the Bronco all ready to be delivered - loved being kept in the loop with each step of the process, and seeing pictures of my new rig really aided in some of that excitement. Highly, highly recommend Kevin, Cary, and I believe Willie? who graciously threw in a Bronco mat as a gift after selling his own. Thanks so much for the incredible service guys, I will most definitely be back in the future (hopefully not for a long time, gotta stop trading in!!) and will recommend all family and friends see you as well.
