Terrible service and has gone downhill over the past year. Despite amended hours they have on the door they are still not there. Have been trying to collect medication four times now. Rang and got through to customer service who told me to ring head office who have also not answered.

Had our first visit here today for our new puppy’s jabs and check up, could not be any more pleased or impressed with the practice! The two women on reception were so helpful as was the vet! Made us feel super comfortable and answered any and every question we had. Very happy Pablo is signed up under their care. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service from Vet Amy and receptionist Emily- who kindly held me an appointment (for the same week) whilst I was registering my kitten. I did have a bit of trouble registering my pet online but called the central line for Goddard’s and they assisted me and confirmed the appt slot that Emily kindly held for me. Amy was thorough and so helpful and kind. My kitten felt so safe and comfortable with her. Definitely recommend this practice!

My cat died last night in front of me, it was awful. Partly because of them. They wanted £800 for a scan, which I couldn’t afford being a single mum on benefits. Nobody informed me I could register with Bluecross hospital, which I found out too late. Cost me only £286 for hospitalisation, scan, blood test and medication for asthma. Horrible and arrogant people only here to make as much money as possible.

Disgraceful, veterinary company. Had an appointment this morning and I got there and the shutters were down. Made an appointment on the phone and spoke to someone who booked in this appointment! This is absurd. unnecessarily had to distress my house cat to get to this place, for nothing. You don’t care about animals, need my cat seen, due to a visible symptom and now I have to reregister with another vet and wait even longer to know what it is.
