AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Having read the mixed reviews I decided to give it a go anyway as I only needed a booster jab for my pet and saw some good reviews so thought they have sorted their vet issue. I was so wrong. They cancelled my pets appointment 4 TIMES and now I would need to restart my pets vaccination !!! I have taken time off work 4 times for my pets appointment, all scheduled at different times of the day as they are more likely to cancel morning appointments.. but they have cancelled on me on the morning of the appointment so I wouldn’t be able to go into work, and on another occasion day before late in the afternoon! I have lost 4 days pay and have had these days deducted from my annual leave. This is really not acceptable, they don’t even care and will carry on wasting your time. They are extremely unprofessional, I live very close by and walk past at least twice a day, on the days where they have cancelled my appointment claiming “the vet called in sick very last minute”, there were vets inside in a very happy mood not looking ill at all, I went in to ask if I can reschedule the woman vet with short grey hair got very embarrassed as she lied once again. This is really not a joke you are wasting peoples time and costing people more money. This place should close down or get some decent staff who can be bothered to turn up to work .

Totally rubbish. We were previously with another Goddard’s branch and really rated them so stayed with them when we moved but this branch is so disorganised. We’ve turned up for an appointment to find it has been shut (3 others also waiting outside) -no explanation or even apology. We have left at least 5 unanswered voicemails over the past few years and we have received 2 debt collection letters for bills we have paid already. Plus the reception staff are pretty blunt and don’t appear to care. The only plus is the vets themselves seem lovely when you actually get to bring your pet in.

Shockingly bad service. They’re never available, can never get an appointment, never have enough staff or vets, and never open during the full hours of their opening times. I transferred to the Highbury branch having moved but had years of good experience from another branch. Here, my pets don’t get their twice a year check ups, are delayed in getting their vaccinations and I can never get to the practice to pick up their flea and wormer, all services which I’ve paid for through ProActive pets, and they never pick up when I call ahead. If you’re looking for a new vet, avoid this branch. The photo was taken an hour before they were meant to close. On calling ahead, the phone did not say they were closed (like it does when it’s actually out of hours), just kept ringing.

Been trying to get my cats urgent prescription but they are always closed. This picture was taken on a Thursday at 10am, where they supposed to be open. It's been like this the whole week. Pay your vets, receptionist and nurser better. Maybe you can find some.
