Okay, I am one of “those” people who has tried just about every diet known to man. I’ve had short term success, but nothing lasting, and I have to say, I HATE counting calories, points, fat grams, etc. All I can say is the Betr Health plan truly is better! There is no counting — just eating 4 meals a day of healthy foods, checking in with your coach regularly for support and feedback, and keeping up with your fluid intake. My stomach has stopped complaining (if you know what I mean), I feel more energetic, and I’ve lost 13 lbs (in the first three weeks). This is not a diet but a lifestyle change, and if I’m seeing these results in just three weeks, I’m sold for life.
