Seriously impressive service! We needed a tent urgently last week for our xmas camping trip. We sent off enquiry emails to the two companies on eBay both selling the same tent that we wanted (both were at the same price point). Our enquiry was around delivery times as we needed to make sure we had the tent before xmas (camping without a tent would not be fun!). Tentworld replied almost immediately, we placed the order that evening, they updated us the very next day to advise it had been shipped, and the tent arrived the day after. Their closest competitor only responded to our original enquiry email after our tent had been delivered by Tentworld. I would definitely recommend Tentworld - quick service, good value, we will definitely use guys again for camping gear. Thank you!! :-)

Very good range for many types of products. Middle or upper quality options, and prices are good for what you’re buying, so good value for money options.
Quite disappointed they’ve reduced their range of some products from small or medium sized Australian manufacturers, like Aussie Outback Supplies (AOS) canvas and pvc bags, swags, organisers etc. Tentworld’s current range for these seems to be casual camping level, so definitely worth comparing online to reputable made in Australia brands for these.

This is my camping store of choice, staff are unreal when it comes to service and knowledge, prices are fair, not sure if they price match but so far never needed to ask, they squeeze so much in ti this store and it doesn't seem to feel to much. Kids and adults alike can wonder in this store for hours, you go in with the intention of buying one, maybe two things and you end up spending the next hour or so day dreaming. I find this store Actually gets the whole family working together instead of us parents vs Son vs Daughter.
