I was in need of a new driveway. Contacted 3 firms. One took a week to get back, after calling and emailing them, they did apologize. Another firm took 10 minutes and said the girls will get back to me Highest estimate of the lower quality). Kaplan set a time & date. Billy (sale rep.) showed up on time, he took the time & we went over everything I was looking for. He explained the process. I can say that he set the bar for customer service very high. I am confident that the other employees at Kaplan will meet that. Update June 2022, Kaplan did an excellent job on our main driveway. Now working with Billy and Meredith they are going to do an extention on the driveway. I have had a number of people in the neighborhood say how good the main driveway looks and I tell them to contact Kaplan

We originally contracted in 2021 and Kaplan held our pricing into 2022. The quality of the crews and the responsiveness was exceptional.

Awesome work, they edged the driveway, cleaned out plants growing at the sidewalk before applying a clean coat of sealant to the driveway and apron. Everything was clean and no mess. Great job, highly recommend Kaplan!

I recently had my driveway totally replaced by Kaplan Paving Company. I had seen some of their work in the neighborhood last year. I was very impressed with the professional finish, but hadn't called to schedule an appointment for myself. Well, here in 2022 I happen to see Kaplan Paving salesman Joe Revelle on another job in my sub division and spoke with him about scheduling a quote. Within a couple weeks I was on the schedule to have my driveway replaced. Kaplan gave me a date to start work, and holding to the time frame quoted the old asphalt was removed and my driveway prepared for the new asphalt phase shortly afterward. I am very impressed with the way things turned out. The work was professional from start to finish; also the pricing was reasonable. Thanks to Joe Revelle and Patricia Nevarez I will be enjoying a new driveway this summer and hopefully years to come. Oh yes, I have referred my neighbor next door and he will be getting a new Kaplan driveway as well. As the word of mouth spreads in the community I know Kaplan will be getting additional referrals.
