I was impressed with the whole Kaplan experience. Their salesman Joe explained the whole process of how and why they do certain things. After seeing the crew in action it all came together. The crew was excellent. They have very good flow down pat. Tricia in the office was very helpful with the permit process and scheduling. I would recommend them.

After a bit of a “rocky” start (pun intended) things got done to our satisfaction. The project was put back on track by both Melissa T and foreman Josh.
