The Kaplan Paving's sales rep, Jennifer B. provided us with exemplary communication for our project from the first phone call to the final communication. She was very knowledgeable, and highly motivated to help us get the end results we wanted. She walked us through every step in the complicated process, kindly, patiently and honestly. I would not hire a contractor who does not have a sales person/office help, because the workers are too busy to answer the phones, return calls, and provide the communications and support through the project that we both need to insure a complex project proceeds as planned. I would highly recommend Kaplan Paving because reliable and timely care is vital to successful completion of projects.

I am in the planning process for a new driveway. billy has answered my 500 questions and has been vey helpful. We will start the new drive in April. Cant wait. No more shared driveway!
