As a contractor you seek out the best but just don't know what you will get, and as a homeowner you get very anxious, but I highly recommend Kaplan as both. They did an outstanding job! Got delayed by weather but they kept us informed and followed thru. Billy Dehn our sales rep. was great as well, answered all my questions and took his time to make sure he did answer all of them! Thanks for a Great Job!!

We hired someone to repair our driveway and paid him, only to find out he had no idea how to actually pave a driveway. Kaplan stepped up and got us on the schedule quickly and ultimately did a great job (they had to tear it up and basically start over). Jason was very helpful, and Megan provided terrific customer service along the way.

Update: The driveway is complete and we are extremely pleased with Kaplans work. Jen, Lars and Frank met and exceeded all our expectations for this project. They were all so easy to work with and responsive to every question and issue we had. We highly recommend Kaplan. Jen Bell is an extremely good saleswoman. Our driveway project is complicated and Jen took the time to explain every detail to us and listened to us and understood what we wanted. We had two other contractors come out for bids but Jen earned our business due to her knowledge of paving, great attitude, diligence and determination in figuring out how to do our project the way we wanted it done. She even had Lars come out with her a second time to visually show us how it would look. We own a rep company and know a good salesperson when we see one, Jen does her job very well. Kaplan is lucky to have her.
