Used Willow Glen to install my EV charger. The Virtual walk-through is comprehensive and a time-saver. My project manager and scheduling manager are great to work with, and the installer is professional. I initially had a defective charger hardware (no fault of Willow Glen) and they came back in the next day and replaced it with a new one. Not the lowest price, but you get the best customer service for it.

Thank you to Matt Londre, almost one year after an electric charger was installed, I asked for an improvement, WiilowGlen came to help, they did an additional work and did not not charge me extra $$. The company is great and I highly recommend it.

WGE provided a reasonable quote to install a whisper-quiet bathroom fan. Another electrician quoted almost twice their price. Some quoted a lower price, but never followed through. Among the 5 electricians I called, WGE was able to schedule the install and do the work. Others were either busy or ghosted me when I asked for an installation date. Doug was very professional -- he did the install in a way that I didn't have to patch the ceiling, and cleaned up after. A great ending to a two-week long saga of contacting electricians so I can finally wrap up my shower remodel. Thank you WGE!

He took pride in completing his work and was thorough when facing a hiccup on re-installing one of the lamp fixtures. I had a sixty amp circuit run in conduit from my panel to an EV charger along with the needed breaker. Willow Glen Electric made the whole job easy. Everyone was very responsive. Emails were responded to in a very short time. No question was too simple for the team to answer. The estimating process was streamlined due to the pandemic. Fill out a form describing your need and take a series of pictures. Discuss how the job will be done by email. The actual estimate was in my hands within a day via email. E-commerce allowed initial payment and online document signing for estimate acceptance. On the day of the job emails kept everyone updated on when the two electricians would arrive. Last minute tweaking of the design was done on the spot by the electrician - no problem. The job was clean, done properly and done quickly. Inspection with the city was a few weeks later. Again, emails and texts kept everyone up to date. I was given a reminder the day before the inspection and a one hour window the morning of the inspection. An electrician from Willow Glen Electric was on hand to answer questions and handle the paperwork with the City. All I had to do was chat a little with the inspector about my installation and my configuration in general. Everything went off like clockwork. I ended up with a clean and safe install. Now I can charge my EV quickly and safely. Working with Willow Glen Electric was quick, simple and easy. I’d work with them again without a second thought. I highly recommend them!

I can strongly recommend Willow Glen Electric for big electrical projects. We did a subpanel replacement and move (into the garage) with a new smart electrical panel called Span from span.io, as well as a new electric car charger and a heat pump circuit, replacing our natural gas furnace (and adding AC, to top). We already had Tesla solar panels and Tesla powerwalls, which Span now integrates with, so we can control and monitor energy usage per-circuit as well as see the flow of solar, battery, and grid energy. Fantastic! The only downside is that they didn't do drywall repair for this project (which they stated up front, so it was all expected). Not a big deal though and the cuts they made were mostly minimally intrusive so it was fine, and the repairs were fairly easy. I'm looking forward to working with them more for future small projects.

The folks at Willow Glen electric are professional, responsive and do the committed work on time. EV charger installation is reasonably priced. I would do business with them again.

WGE installed a Tesla Wall Charger, ALS unit, and subpanel. Work was exceptionally professional and I couldn't be happier with the result.
