I tripped a breaker while making dinner and could not get it to reset, even after unplugging everything that used that breaker. I called Willow Glen Electric (they upgraded our panel two years ago). I left a message; it was after hours. Matt called me back quickly, and came out to look at it. He was very nice and professional. He thoroughly checked the breaker and connections and had it working in no time! My husband and I have had Willow Glen Electric do several upgrades for us, and we have been very happy! I really had great service with Willow Glen Electric c in San Jose, CA. They come out to your home and take the needed pictures of your sub panel. Willow Glen office keeps you informed each step of the way through installation and City Inspection. I had a great experience with them even through the Shelter In Place. Once San Jose City Started back up, I felt like I was first in line to have the Inspection done with a Willow Glen Engineer seeing through the permit process with the City Inspector. I highly recommend this office. My Tesla Wall Connector (3rd Generation) functions perfectly.

No issues or hassles and everything looked very clean and professionally done. And best of all the charger (and additional load balancing unit they had to put in) works great.

Great work upgrading our panel

Willow Glen installed a Tesla home charger for us on a leased property in Saratoga. The process to gain approval from the HOA took quite a while and WGE helped us to facilitate that work and did an excellent job with the local laws and our HOA. I'm stationed in Ohio so the communications were key to completing the job. Very impressed with their service.
