Richard has been helping me out immensely and I could not recommend him enough! He has a very holistic view on the subject and is constantly sharing study tips and ideas. During one on one sessions he has provided really useful feedback while also building up my self-confidence. He provides a depth of resources which I am constantly using and referring back to. These resources have been an absolute game-changer in the way I approach my studies and have saved me so much time. Richard's approach is very methodical and breaks the subject up into enjoyable and manageable chunks. His team is always approachable and they always reply back quickly on the private discord when I have questions.

Richard is absolutely amazing with the way he explains all content required for English language and provides a systematic step by step approach to nailing various aspects such as analytical commentary, essay and short answer questions. The student resource hub is absolutely amazing where cheatsheets are provided to further assist you in understanding the fundamental aspects of the essay, ac etc.

Richard's VCE English Language tutoring sessions are super effective, the Eng Lang Pro team go over the important content and demonstrate live how to write ACs and Essays. The student portal is also fantastic, it pretty much answers any questions you may have and guides you on how to answer SAQs, write ACs, etc.
The live weekend sessions are carried by Sepanta and Emma who are just amazing, I really appreciate their teaching as they've helped me improve and feel more confident about the subject. I also got feedback from Michelle on my essay, and I loved it - she was straight to the point, and gave me specific tips and ideas on how I could improve it.

Ive been a student of Richards for a few months now, and I have really reaped the benefits of his amazing material and extremely valuable lessons. The metalanguage cheat sheet and the essay writing template have been particularly useful to me- the metalanguage cheat sheet concisely provides a detailed explanation of what each feature is, but more importantly shows how it can be applied in our ACs and essays. The essay writing template has helped me establish a clear cut structure for writing essays and presenting out examples. And most importantly the weekly lessons have 2 high scoring tutors go over how you are supposed to tackle English language, which I have also found extremely helpful. These 1 hour sessions are engaging and implement the use of resources such as AC, SAQ and Essay cheat sheets which break down the key assessments into easy to understand steps. The ability to also use the additional resources on the student resource hub allows for additional private study throughout the week with the ability to ask questions to the tutors anytime on discord.

I really struggled in Englang in year 11, so I looked into getting a tutor and found Richard as one of the first options. From the beginning it gave me a simplified, almost formulaic approach to Englang that boosted my SAC marks in year 12 from 60s-70s to 80s-90s. I have the amazing student resource hub to thank for this as it is filled with so much helpful info- I especially made use of the simplified metalanguage glossary (which took a massive load of me trying to learn metalang from textbooks!) and the register cheatsheets. However what really pushed this change in my grades was the TEEL structure that Richard and the tutors pushed every lesson to structure ACs and essays and as a bit of a waffler (can you tell from how long this review is lol)- this really made my writing more concise and accurate, the content to application sessions really helping me practice this. Finally although I haven't been to a 1 to 1 session yet, the assistance and feedback you get from the tutors I believe would be immensely helpful in improving!

The lessons that Richard runs every week are well planned out and the content runs in parallel with my EngLang lessons at school. The additional resources that he is frequently updating, in particular the metalanguage cheatsheet, is well written and very detailed.
