The team at American Motorcycle Trading Co. provided exceptional customer service. I came here after having a horrible experience at RideNow in Dallas (will never be giving them my business). Justin was my sales rep and he got me taken care of right away. Really appreciate his professionalism. He was knowledgeable, straightforward and made the whole process easy. No hassle at all, was able to come to an agreement on the specific bike I was looking for (although there inventory is absolutely beautiful, definitely worth just stopping by to see all the eye candy there). Lindsey, in charge of their finance department was also great. Even though I bought the bike outright, she was very helpful with helping me the wire transfer taken care of quickly and smoothly. Logan, the manager, also provided me with great customer service. Working with me to coordinate a way we can get the bike delivered to my home. The Staff @ American Motorcycle T Company would get a 10 star rating if allowed. This company has plenty of motorcycles to choose from. I was able to get a 2021 Street Glide, Grey and blacked out with only 1484 miles on the odometer. From Justin in Sales, he was phenomenal. Justin knew details on all the motorcycles. No pressure in buying anything at all. Lindsey in financing was also amazing. She explained everything in great detail from financing, to the extended warranty. Again no pressure to buying or committing to anything. She also offered free delivery in the DFW area free of charge. Griffin delivered my bike professionally. He was great in communicating and delivering, thus took pride in his role. I highly recommend American Motorcycle Trading Company in the DFW area.

This was my first experience ever, purchasing a motorcycle, or any motorized vehicle from a dealer online, without seeing it, or test riding it, that was nowhere near my residence. I had the bike transported from Texas to New York, and after some minor misunderstandings regarding transport fees, Marcos Disla (Shiplux) reversed the charges, and sent the money back to my credit card right away. The bike itself, a 2017 Road King Special (pictured) was exactly what I wanted, however that had an issue as well. I took it to my mechanic who diagnosed a broken connector in the throttle, and repaired it. I contacted Logan who was the sales manager, notifying him of the issue. Logan advised his team about my misfortunes and frustrations and made it right. I received a check from American Motorcycle Trading Co. for my mechanics repair bill without question! When I first started looking online for my next bike, I was looking for a “one stop shop” where registration (out of state), shipping, and all other things associated with the sale were completed with one transaction. American was one of the very few I found that did it all. Logan helped me find the right bike, then worked the numbers so we were both happy, then he handed me off to Lindsey for the initial paperwork, and finally Emily got the bike registered and plated (out of state). Logan set up the shipping with Billy, and delivery was great. Very professional, and will be looking for my next bike through them if that time comes!

The EASIEST motorcycle purchase EVER!!!!! American Motorcycle Trading Co made my out of state motorcycle purchase fast and easy! They are on it! I called inquiring about an Iron 1200 they had online, a couple text with the salesman, one phone call with finance, and my bike was purchased and on a truck headed my way! Everyone at American Motorcycle Co I have worked with has been amazing and efficient! I cannot even imagine ever going back into a dealer in person and spend an entire day to purchase a bike again! My bike arrived in perfect condition and looked even better than I expected!

I bought a used bike here, and worked with Michael and Lindsey; it was a great shop. They were able to break everything down, produced a service history and repair order when asked, and went over all the details of the deal and everything that had been done to my machine; all without being overly pushy or negative. When I asked for some space to think, they obliged. I never felt rushed or toyed with, it was a really straightforward process and by the end I was very happy with the bike, and knowing exactly where every dollar of the deal went too. Great customer service from sales to financing.

I bought a Harley Davidson from here today and I'm amazed at just how great this place is. I dread buying any kind of vehicle because the dealership experience is always terrible with rude high pressure sales... it couldnt be more opposite here at American Motorcycle Trading Co. First of all, the facility is very nice and clean. All the of the bikes look to be in outstanding condition. I saw easily another 4 or 5 bikes I would love to have because their inventory is so big and varied. Logan my sales guy, super cool, not even a hint of pressure sales. Answered all my questions, quickly replied to all my concerns and questions. Logan had my bike serviced and fully detailed on scheduled as promised and the bike looked amazing. Lindsey in finance, again, no pressure, very nice and she made it fun. American Motorcycle Trading Co is over an hour away from my house is some of the worst traffic in DFW on a side of town I usually never go to. I pass 3 or 4 HD dealerships to get there and its very worth it. I will be doing more business in the future with them for sure. Cliffnotes : I HIGHLY reccomend American Motorcycle Trading Co!

Overall great experience Bo was my primary sales person. However, the entire staff was extremely Supportive, attentive. Drove over two hours to pick up my 2012 Harley Davidson and it was ready to go pretty much when I got there. I would highly recommend American Motorcycle Trading Co for all your needs both in service and sales. Communication was outstanding Throughout entire process can’t thank you enough.
