As a first time buyer, this place was great. I walked in not really knowing what I was doing. I had been to a couple places to look at bikes (that will go unnamed) but was never greeted or helped because i'm sure I looked like I had no idea what was going on. Because I didn't.
I was greeted almost immediately and asked if I needed anything. I let the guy at the counter know I was just looking and I had some questions. They told me they would get someone from sales over to assist and that's when I met BobbyD! He's a great salesman that asked what I was looking for, talked about some different key points, and showed me a couple bikes. He let me know about their financing and could work on setting it up as something I could afford. We discussed my goals and the best part is he listened! I had some concerns and it being my first bike I didn't want to fork over a fat stack of cash or finance something I was unsure about or timid to ride and potentially drop.
We exchanged contact info and I thought "man this guy just wants me out the door" but he sent me some pictures of bikes and gave me some options that were in my price range and for what I wanted. We came to an agreement and I took delivery of my very first bike 4 days ago. I could not be happier with my bike or my experience. Thanks BobbyD!!
