Staff at the Browns Plains store are so very helpful. They gave me heaps of advice about awnings and fittings for my current set up which is a bit of a workaround. Wonderful service and knowledgeable!

Great range of stock and the service was out of this world. Nat, Dan and Trevor were really friendly and helped me with great advice and showed me how the equipment works, which was great for a first time camper such as my self. Great customer service. Baught a Coleman northstar 6 darkroom tent which we are very happy with.
The guy shared good knowledge and gave good advice on tents, camping accessories and necessities. He knew I was a newbie to camping in the first minute.
We will be back for more equipment soon.

Make this your first stop for camping. AMAZING customer service. A team member took the time to locate a special order replacement compression bag for a sleeping bag I bought. Knowing full well there would be zero profit for them. I bought heaps of stuff for a recent trip. It all arrived very quickly, well packed and the products all quality. Prices are always excellent too.

Fantastic customer service. Purchased a stove approx 3 years ago and I had an issue with the gas connection/regulator. Spoke to the manufacturer who asked me to take it back to the place of purchase. Popped into Tentworld on a Saturday; the staff were very helpful and acknowledged the problem. After confirmation by the manufacturer's rep that the fault was covered by warranty, I was provided with a brand new stove the following day. Absolute awesome dealing with you guys at Punchbowl - thanks for sorting for me.

I wanted to share with you an excellent I’ve had with Tracey from your online Customer Support Team.
I recently bought a Darche Dusk to Dawn swag for my son through Tentworld. The swag arrived but had a small hole in the base. I contacted the online team and corresponded with Tracey. She arranged for a replacement skin to be sent out by Darche. It arrived in very fast time.
When the skin arrived we set up the swag to season it. After seasoning and upon pack up, a pole snapped.
I contacted Tracey again and within a day she had contacted Darche and arranged for replacement pole to be sent under warranty.
Both my experiences with Tracey have been excellent. She is very responsive and understanding. She didn’t delay in taking actions to remedy the issues I was facing and kept me informed in a very timely fashion. This is what customer service should be.
She is a credit to your business and has really offered a first class customer experience. I am very impressed.
You have a customer for life!

Offers a wide range of variety for your camping needs. Brands like Darche, Coleman,blackwolf, winerwell and more are available here. They also offer price matching which is pretty good as I can get some stuff on a lower price. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Called up to place a phone order and spoke to Kiwi Matt. Got a tent with a side of laughs. The guy deserves a pay rise. Because of him, I now will probably be placing more phone orders for camping items I probably don’t need just to entertain myself during these unprecedented times.

Always great customer service. I chose what i want online b4 I get there. Pick it my self in-store and the bits I can't find they help me with. Cos online is good but in-store you might find something better for you and your needs. Just go in-store it's the best. Be back Thursday aeropress. Jaffle iron. Kettle that can go on a fire.
