What is with the unfavourable reviews of the staff at Tentworld Punchbowl?
I have shopped and browsed at the Punchbowl store on at least ten occasions and found them all helpful, courteous and happy.
Unfortunately, camping was not available for me as a child, so when I decided to purchase 2 Tents and a Gazebo, I went online and watched the videos on how to put up/erect the tent and Gazebo 3 times and also downloaded them on my phone in case I had memory failure at the campsite.
Just recently, I had an issue with the Gazebo canopy. I sent an email to the Punchbowl store along with pictures and a brief explanation of what and how it happened. The whole Gazebo was replaced with a new one for me to pick up within 48 hours.
Tentworld stocks major, good quality brands and the brands themselves have stringent quality control issues; yes, I understand only too well that problems can occur; however, by watching a related video on your item, many " sinking feelings " and " I should have thoughts" may not tarnish what should be an enjoyable camping experience with your gear doing what it is supposed to do.
