I love tentworld. So lucky to have this camping store locally. Lots of tents on display and all the camping gear you need to get out outdoors! Hot tip is to check their clearance section for any good deals and the team happily price match as well!

How great are these guys! Had an issue with a product, but instead of the third degree, I was given an email address to send some photos of the problem. Dropped in the next day with the faulty item, expecting to have to wait a week or two, only to be greeted with friendly understanding staff and a replacement ready to go! Service doesn’t get much better than that. I’ll definitely be buying from Tentworld Archerfield again, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had an issue with an Inflatable mattress. Send an email online. Emily and Krispy were absolutely amazing. Really helped me out. I then went into the punchbowl store. Matt once again gave me exceptional customer service. I can't thank them enough for how they all helped me for my issue.

What is with the unfavourable reviews of the staff at Tentworld Punchbowl?
I have shopped and browsed at the Punchbowl store on at least ten occasions and found them all helpful, courteous and happy.
Unfortunately, camping was not available for me as a child, so when I decided to purchase 2 Tents and a Gazebo, I went online and watched the videos on how to put up/erect the tent and Gazebo 3 times and also downloaded them on my phone in case I had memory failure at the campsite.
Just recently, I had an issue with the Gazebo canopy. I sent an email to the Punchbowl store along with pictures and a brief explanation of what and how it happened. The whole Gazebo was replaced with a new one for me to pick up within 48 hours.
Tentworld stocks major, good quality brands and the brands themselves have stringent quality control issues; yes, I understand only too well that problems can occur; however, by watching a related video on your item, many " sinking feelings " and " I should have thoughts" may not tarnish what should be an enjoyable camping experience with your gear doing what it is supposed to do.

Brilliant assistance at the Punchbowl store recently. The man that helped us was incredibly helpful and generous with his time. Very rare these days to receive such service from someone not waiting on an immediate sale and commission, but it was clear that he provided this help out of genuine enthusiasm for the product and wanted us to know absolutely everything. On his advice, we ordered from the website after finalising our choice, and the products arrived quickly.

I shopped at Tentworld Punchbowl today for an Oztrail Gazebo Deluxe and was very happy with their prompt and helpful service. I turn 70 this year, I was disappointed that they didn't have a trolley to help me get my purchase to the car. They went one better though and carried it to the car for me. All round a very pleasant shopping experience.

Walked into tent world not knowing exactly what we were needing we were approached quickly by Nancy, well what a score her service and knowledge was amazing she turned herself inside out and almost upside down with how to dismantle the black hole pop up tent what a job it was made look so easy then she taught my hubby wubby the technique to put that black hole back into the bag ..awesome service Nancy and all done with a huge smile and laugh we then left the store not buying anything as we wanted to see what else was around. Whilst walking around we decided that everything that we wanted was at Tent world with Nancy so back we went and almost bought the shop out.
Big thank you Nancy u made our day and drained our credit card but we have everything we wanted and so much fun.

Went to buy new camp chairs and selected style, but were out of stock at store. Staff checked warehouse and advised in stock, so suggested purchasing on line. Did that and chairs arrived about 4 days later. Staff were very helpful and their suggestion worked brilliantly. Very happy both with chairs and service.
