Very friendly and efficient staff who treat their "patients" as if they were their own pets. Keep pet owners up to date with treatment s and surgical procedures. Never have to wait long for an appointment.

Goddard Veterinary Group in New Addington have provided a great service with a very high level of care and attention to our pets, in particular for our dog Pepe who had a number of complex conditions. We were provided with all of the care and attention we felt we needed and they consistently went above and beyond to help us. Their staff are always friendly and approachable and we always know that they are available to help when we need them.

I have been taking our West Highland Terrier Fergus aged 14 years to this practice since he was a 6 week old pup.... I can honestly say that the care and service I have had over the past 14 years has been second to none. Fergus over the past 18 months was diagnosed with a heart and lung problem which is being managed with medication. Unfortunately he then developed an ever returning cyst which in the end left no option but surgery. Niven, Liz and Marie knew that surgery was a huge risk to Fergus but due to their proffesionlism and expert care he came through his surgery with leaps and bounds. What a team you couldn't ask for more. They have given an old dog a new lease of life... Niven is like a breath of fresh air to the practice and Liz and Marie likewise. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this practice to anyone with a pet.... A huge thanks from us.... Craig Anderson

brilliant the nurse who helped treat my dog was fantastic she really showed that she cared. and I can't praise her and the vet enough for what they done for my boy. I was going to change vets but not now. goddard new addington you are amazing
