They haven't had a regular vet for quite awhile which is disappointing.
One regular 'receptionist' is lovely, friendly and knowledgeable which is nice.
Expensive consultation fees but they all seem to be.
Pet plan is good value have it for my daughter's dog.

They are very caring and with a member of the public's help they found my dog a few years ago I was out of my mind looking for my boy dog everywhere but had no luck but as it just started to get dark out side my phone rung and i was ask if my dog was missing and i was sooo re-leaved to no my boy was safe as i was out of my mind with worry, i thank them till this day that they took him in and checked his chip, thank god for microchipping and and that kind member of the public i still have my boy, very good vet to.
