Phoned up today was offered an appointment very quickly like 20 minutes. The receptionist was very lovely and sweet and sympathetic when I was a bit overwhelmed. The vet himself was amazing very kind and knew exactly what he was talking about, showed images to be able to identify for future problems i felt reassured. Im so very greatful for my minor issue today and a big weight was lifted. I just want to thank you both for today for all your help and support, I felt alot better after leaving which was important as I have had the worst week, so yeah a big thank yous bambams mum

Lovely practice, kind vets and they always answer the phone. Brilliant diagnostic skills and very welcoming and calming atmosphere.

Called Friday morning managed to get appointment 6pm same day, when I arrived greeted in a friendly manor, waited no more than 5 mins then went in . vet was friendly and caring to my cat, was gentle with her and gave her a full check over, she required an injection , my cat didn’t feel a thing and considering she was shaking all the way there she was quite calm while being checked . Thank you

After calling my local branch unsuccessfully for an urgent matter for my cat Willow, I contacted the Addington branch for help. Helen was amazing, straight away she understood the issue and told me to come in. When we arrived she was understanding, friendly and professional. Thank you Helen and Alise!

I had to book my cat Thor in to see the vet , What absolute kind staff , putting my cat at ease which put me at ease cant thank them enough , i feel like thank you just not enough

Rubbish service, unorganised, cancel appointments last minute on multiple occasions. Don't waste your time with them. Receptionist was very sarcastic and rude aswell

I have been using Goddard vet for the best part of 15 years, & i have to say Today Claire was Fantastic with my dog Teddy, he's a bit of a handful to say the least, but she managed to check him out and diagnose the problem, & teddy even got a treat ! we need more vets like you,Thank you once again.
