I brought my 15 year old Cavalier to K9 Playtime Daycare and Dog Grooming for the 1st time last week. Jeremy was very accommodating in arranging the appointment and welcoming when we arrived. He was also very caring with my senior dog. He hadn’t been to the groomer for a while and the staff did a great grooming job on him. He smelled beautifully when he came out and looked very cute with his little ‘doggie scarf’. I definitely recommend K9 Dog Grooming.

Our dog Molly was groomed for the first time by Nicole this morning. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. Molly came out happy and looking absolutely beautiful! I keep looking at her and telling her how PRETTY she is!!! Her face is gorgeous and we honestly think it's the best groom she's ever had.
Thank you for taking the time with our wee scared pup. We really appreciate the love you showed her, we'll see you in eight weeks!!

The K9 team were really helpful and accommodating to my 2 dogs and let me get them groomed together, they let me know they were changing their haircut due to matting which I appreciate. Their haircuts are so cute! So happy with the service thank you :)

Our Daily dog (poodle x) had a lovely time at the spa today. She has come home looking all clipped and gorgeous. Thanks to the K9 grooming team. Very happy. See you in 4 weeks (dog gets more haircuts than me!)

I took my maltese cross to K9 Playtime for the first time today. I found them to be incredibly caring and concerned about my dogs welfare while there. We have had a couple bad experiences in the past with Lizzy's grooming and I am very happy and optimistic I have now found the right team. Highly recommend for an anxious dog.

I took my recently adopted cocker spaniel to K9 Dog Grooming. He is a little wary and anxious around strangers but Niaryn and the team looked after him and he came back a happy and handsome boy. I will definitely be taking him back there for future grooms!

I cannot recommend K9 doggy grooming enough! This was the first time having our pup professional groomed, and he is a nervous little one when it comes to grooming. Nicole took her time and was very patient. He looks amazing

Can highly recommend K9 Grooming. Jeremy has worked with our dog Charlie since a puppy. He helped give advice when he was a puppy to help him not hate being groomed, which was helpful but unfortunately our Charlie still gets nervous every time… although when he does sees Jeremy he gets excited and I feel fine to leave him in trusted hands. Jeremy always makes an effort to make us feel that Charlie is loved and looked after in his care and I wouldn’t taken Charlie to anyone else. He always comes out with the same perfect haircut. 5/5 stars!

After having some not so great experiences with previous groomers, I brought my pup to K9 and was very pleased with the outcome. Very professional set up and service from Niaryn. She was very clear on what to expect with his cut and was incredibly warm and friendly with my anxious pooch. Very happy with everything so far. The bandana was also a nice touch!

We been taking our two pups to K9 for a few weeks now and they love it. Our older boy is very shy, normally I have to help him into the car for travelling. On Doggy Daycare days he jumps in on his own and has a big waggy tail when he sees Jeremy or Nicole. He even has started inviting other pups to play with him. This is a HUGE improvement for him, thanks to the care and support everyone at K9 Playtime gives.

My 2 little dogs first time at K9. They did an excellent job on my Shih Tzu boy. It's the first time I've had anyone do his feet, belly & bum properly. I can't say enough about their service & skills. Not leaving K9 dog grooming anytime soon, just too good & reasonable prices. Recommend to everyone who has a small hairy pup or just for a wash like my other dog.

This was my first experience at K9 grooming and it was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and professional. My pooch was a little stressed going in for the first time but was very happy when we left. Tail up and wagging which is always a good sign. K9 Playtime Doggy Day Care are awesome!!!
My 4 month old puppy absolutely loves going (can not get out of the car fast enough) and always comes home happy and completely knackered. I love knowing that his being supervised by the amazing K9 team whilst having a great day playing and learning important doggy social skills.
The doggy daycare is expensive but well worth it. Throughly recommend them.
The pics are of my puppy axel playing at daycare and then passed out in the car on the way home after a fun filled day 😂😂

The girls looked after our puppy really well and his first grooming was lovely. They also gave us tips and ways to look after him to increase his confidence and get him used to the whole process of being groomed and well behaved. I would highly recommend this service. They know what they are talking about and had nothing but love for our new puppy!

Highly Recommended! Our 5 month old pup Teddy had his first professional spa and full groom recently and we cannot recommend enough for how amazing the staff @ K9 centre are! My Pup looked amazing and most importantly he looked very happy when I received him post spa and a trial day @ daycare! We also received some amazing advise which we needed being a new parent to this pup! We have surely found the right place of our pup!

Max was an awful mess when we got back home after over 4 months away. He travelled over 16,000 kilometres and was covered in red dust and matted hair. He went to K9 pet grooming and Jeremy did a fantastic job under very stressful circumstances. Max is a very anxious little papillion. He now looks fantastic. Thanks so much and Max says he is very sorry for all the stress.

Alfie’s 1st trip to the groomers, staff are great very friendly and obviously love dogs. Was apprehensive about leaving him as only 16 weeks but Jeremy immediately put my mind at rest. Alfie smelt beautiful and obviously had a great time as he slept all afternoon. Thoroughly recommend K9 Doggy daycare &grooming.
