Unbelievable service from Rob on the phone and the ladies in the salon. Out of 10 calls made to different groomers K9 was the only one the answered the call Robs customer service was excellent nothing was to hard. Print service during drop off and pickup and boys look unbelievable. Please see before and after photo.

First time using K9 for grooming our Puppy Lily aged 6 x months. From drop off we felt reassured that Lily was left in very good hands. It was explained to us what was going to happen with Lily. Then at pick up we were delighted with the grooming service that June provided. Again they took their time to advise us what to do to prepare Lily for her next visit. Thank you Guys

Booked with these guys as my regular groomer is unavailable long term, great little salon with friendly staff. My little dog came out looking great, Paige did a fantastic job! Have rebooked for a maintenance hair cut, very happy :)

My boy loves his 2 days of daycare each week, he’s bathed every other week and we have a recurring groom booked each 6 weeks. He comes home tidy, fresh smelling and finished with a cute bandana. All the K9 crew are caring and friendly. Fantastic services and highly recommended - Ali & Barney

My dog is,a very nervous timid creature, and she usually comes back from the groomers a little skitty but not this time .she was so well cared for,and the two young ladies couldn't have been better with her. I was so relieved when I collected her, she is rebooked in. I would recommend K9 to anyone.

I dropped Sunny off and the groomer asked me what look I wanted, what to expect and roughly how long it would take. Upon pickup, he looked perfect and smelt beautiful. I loved that they sent me a text when he was ready and gave us some take home doggy cologne. Booking it through their website was also very seamless and they had plenty of availability.
It was a little expensive compared to his normal trim but overall I am very happy and would return.

I've just started taking my mini schnauzer puppy Harold in for grooming. They were so patient and understanding of getting him used to regular grooms and gave helpful tips/advice to get him desensitized at home. He went from being a fluffy scruffy boy to a neat and tidy gentleman! I was so pleased and surprised when I picked him up and he even got a little scarf too! Our two cavoodles get a full groom every 6-8 weeks at K9 and we have only ever had great experiences. The grooms are always great. Never any nicks or cuts, never any missed patches of hair. They look and smell great. They were incredible with our senior dog who isn’t with us anymore. They had so much patience for him as he got older and weaker.
The whole team is lovely and incredibly talented and patient. Our dogs get so excited in the car as we start getting close. They obviously get treated so well there.

Thank you K9. Within 24 hours of putting my name down on a waitlist I was able to bring Nala in for a deluxe wash and nice short summer cut. Just before Christmas Day too!!!
Staff are amazing and so kind. They looked after Nala so well, and you can see the genuine care they show.
We are very happy to find somewhere just as tremendous, now that our usual groomer has moved away. We have booked in again and look forward to being regulars.

One of if not, the best poodle groomers in Perth, or even WA. Niaryn is our go-to stylist for all things Poodle. She has been grooming our boy since he was a puppy. One of his favourite places to go, we always enjoy knowing he is being well cared for, loved and groomed.

We were very happy with the service and groom by the fabulous team. We were contacted after putting our name on a cancellation list and was very impressed to get in within a week.
When we arrived the groomer was very attentive at questioning the length and style we wanted and the groom was amazing. We loved the finishing touches of a great smelling dog and little bandana and have already booked in for our next groom in 6 weeks.

I took Maggie my 4 year old Spoodle for her first groom at K9 she had got quite long and matted in places. Sienna was very welcoming and explained she would have to groom quite short because of the matting. Sienna kept in touch during the groom which I appreciated. Maggie looked so cute when I picked her up wearing a sparkly bandana …thank you Sienna we will be back to see you in a few weeks.
