Bought my 3mth old puppy for her first grooming appointment and she looked to amazing and adorable with the cute little bandanna they gave her 😍 Will definitely be bringing her back for future appointments. Customer service was also amazing. Would 100% recommend these guys.

Always friendly, nice and an all around great place. My puppy knows where we are going as soon as we are off the freeway and freaks out. He starts whining a few streets away and I can barely keep him from jumping out of the car he is so excited. They do a great job grooming as well. Always smells like a little baby when I get him back from a groom.

We get our 10 year old border collie groomed at K9, sometimes it’s a while between grooms but our dog loves going and she comes home looking amazing, with a cute little bandana to match! Highly recommend 🙂

So glad we found Rob and co. to look after our pup whilst we are at work! We have a highly energetic young lab who always comes back tired after a full day of play. Everyone is so friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. Definitely worth the money!

K9 Playtime has been a life saver for me!! My dog Jesse has always suffered from a lot of anxiety, but Rob was always patient with her, only put her with the other dogs when she got comfortable, and now she can't get enough of it!! She absolutely loves it there!! Cant rate them highly enough!!

We have tried a few doggy daycare services in the past, K9 doggy daycare is by far the best. Rob and his team care about all the dogs that attend. Mr Winston loves his weekly visits. I would definitely recommend using k9 doggy daycare.

All groomers are equal? But some are more equal than others! Niaryn met us, all anxious at visiting a new groomer, with a friendly smile and reassured our furry friend within minutes. I asked for a text message 15 minutes before completion, and got that too. That was a really nice touch as it helped me structure my afternoon.
Muffin looks really good, smells wonderful and sports a lovely polka-dot bib which she showed off to all and sundry.
I was most pleased with the outcome - thank you Niaryn.

Took my Westie girl Daisy in for her first full groom recently and we were very happy with the results. Customer service was great; and Daisy came home smelling, feeling and looking beautiful for her first birthday. We will definitely be booking her in for another groom soon. First time my dog been with other dogs and at doggy day care. Robert from k9 playtime put me at ease my dog instantly. Very professional and friendly. He even sent me a text to let me know how my dog is going. I asked him for a video and he obliged. I was quite tearful when I saw my dog happy as he missed out on puppy training and socialisation because if COVID. I will definitely recommend this place. I will book my dog again for sure

Peanut got rejected from Petbarn because other grooming marked him as an aggressive dog, after the daycare Peanut seems ok so I booked grooming for him yesterday and they did a fantastic job!

Brilliant place! I'm a helicopter parent to little Max and Rob and his team couldn't have been more accommodating. Max comes home exhausted from playing all day and scrambles to get out the car when we arrive in the morning. Its really nice to be able to drop him off and not stress about what he is doing (or chewing on) for the entire day.

We've been bringing our border collie, Edie to K9 Playtime for more than two months now and we couldn't be happier with the service and results. When the first Covid phase relaxed we were stoked we found a great place for Edie to socialise with other dogs and receive the best treatment. Edie was quite scared at first to go in but now she bounds in after Rob or Emily or one of the girls. The aftereffects are great with Edie coming home very tired from daycare, and smelling and looking fantastic thanks to the groomers work.
