We are so happy with our new kitchen remodel from Regency! From the first meeting with Bruce to the final inspection with Sam, Regency showed all the courtesy and respect that would have been expected from a remodeling company. Our kitchen remodel included the installation of hardwood floors that extended throughout the whole main level. This meant "marrying" the living room, dining room and kitchen floors, which was seamlessly done. It also included a total redesign of the kitchen space. The kitchen designer worked very hard with us until we got a layout that we were pleased with.
During the remodel, my husband, Roy, was hospitalized twice in one week. However, Sam was able to work with me around workmen coming and going. Any problems that we encountered were immediately solved and these were minor problems. We did need to call the company again after the remodel was completed, but again, these were very minor problems.
One final surprise was when Sam included a granite top for an existing microwave cart, that matched the granite of the new countertops. This completed the look of the new kitchen space. Even now almost a year later, our friends and relatives still marvel at the kitchen. Thank you, Regency for giving us our dream kitchen.

We just completed a kitchen remodel and used Regency Home Remodeling. Our house was built in 1957 and while there had been a later remodel the kitchen really didn't have the wiring and plumbing to meet our current needs. Regency did a complete kitchen remodel and took the room down to the studs and reinsulated and put in new electrical wiring, moved plumbing, put in a new floor, granite counters, backsplash, new cabinets, and repainted. They (Luke, Bruce, Sam, Iwana) were very meticulous, professional, and were wonderful in accomplishing the job in a time efficient manner. They did the heavy lifting on permitting, inspections, and picking up supplies etc. We would definitely use them again. We love our new kitchen and the other plus was they had excellent recommendations for quality vendors.

Regency was nothing but professional and easy to work with. They offered so much more in terms of design and quality compared with other quotes we received. This included crown molding, a glass corner cabinet, lazy Susan, in cabinet garbage pull out. The price was the price and they never came back asking for more money because something "unexpectedly" came up. We hired them for the kitchen remodel, refinishing of the hardwood floors and painting. All were completed with skill and professionalism, always keeping us updated on the status of their work. Sam was always available for questions, even nights and weekends. We also used Bruce's connections within the industry for substantial discounts on appliances, tile and counter tops. Remodeled master bathroom...met first with Michael and he put my mind at ease right away. Michael was able to put together a realistic budget with myself based on what I needed to have completed. Other contractors were not nearly as thorough and didn't give me same comfort level as Regency Home. What an outstanding experience with Regency Home, especially with Sam and Bruce! Sam was so professional, reliable and easy to work with. They added a bathtub to our master bathroom and after having several contractors tell us there was no room for a bathtub to look nice, Bruce was able to design the perfect bathroom. Sam then stepped in and took such great care of us with great communication, a swift timeline and stuck to doing what he said he would do. Regency did an excellent job taking care of everything from the complete gutting, knocking out a wall, re-wiring electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, tile, floor, cabinet, countertop, and appliance installation. We felt confident with Sam and the crew bringing our new kitchen to a reality. Thanks guys! I feel like I'm cooking in a celebrity chef's kitchen now!

Our master bath was a 1985 total gut job. In all of our remodeling experience over the years, we have never had a company that proved to be dependable, reliable, and efficient until hiring Regency Remodeling. As a home owner, our biggest fear if being sold a story that does not deliver. Bruce and his team can forever make that a nightmare of the past. My experience with Regency never encompassed the word disappointed. Tom is a master at his craft and takes a lot of pride in his work. The communication between Bruce (owner), Sam (his son) Tom, and us was tremendous as we were all in the loop. This all made the experience great. What put us over the top is the end result, WOW, WOW, WOW it is amazing! We did not know you could be in love with a bathroom~ We would strongly recommend the Regency Team! We can not wait to be the envy of all our friends and neighbors and pass out their business cards!
