Antonio was great. He helped my sister in law get into a new vehicle. He did everything in his power to get her payments to a manageable amount for her. However, now after 24 hours of having her car, she needs a new transmission. Seems like they sell a lot of vehicles with bad transmissions. Mine being one of them. I purchased my vehicle from them 6 months ago. 2 days later I called due to needing a new transmission. It ended up going to their service center at their bedford location, which they did cover the cost of. However, here I am 6 months later, still needing ANOTHER transmission.
