First timer here. Referred by a friend. I found the appointment process simple and straightforward. I had an appointment within a week! My first visit was today. The assistant was kind, compassionate and took time to listen and ask questions to fully understand my complicated history. Hygienist did a quick check and provided education regarding a new technology for cleaning. It was fascinating how much the dental industry has come from when I was little. Met with Dr. Molly. Let me tell you….I have never met a more passionate, empathic and authentic dentist in my life. Great listener and ask relevant questions that signaled to me that she was holistic provider. Cleaning was educational, painless and most important…fast. I got a fun little gift on my way out the door. Honestly looking forward to my cleaning in 6 months. As a person who has had a plethora of dental experiences from cavities to crowns to oral surgery. Hands down my best experience. My only regret is that I didn’t get everyone’s name today so I could celebrate the individuals. Thank you to the entire Karmazin team.
