Had a great experience with Response Electrician, specifically with Alex. He was exceptionally polite, helpful, and took the time to assist me in identifying the Aircon zones for each room. Being new to our rental home, his guidance was invaluable.He not only identified Aircon zones but also meticulously cleaned the filter system, checked all vents, and washed the outside unit. Clearly skilled and thorough in his work. Impressed with the attention to detail! Highly recommended!

Excellent communication skills and customer service! My AC was leaking overnight, I called Response Electricians first thing the next morning and their team member Alex answered. He saved me a visit by trouble shooting the issue over the phone, it did require to vacuum out the condensation pipe which was blocked. So I’ll be definitely using their service in future as they were fair and straight to the point.
