Just imagine this – you’re new to the city and unfamiliar with how things work. It’s Australia Day morning, and suddenly, you lose power with no idea how to fix it. I found out about Response Electricians, gave them a call, and within 5 minutes, I got a response. In just 20 minutes, the issue was completely resolved, including a visit! What stood out even more was how thoughtful Kieran was. As Indians, we don’t wear shoes indoors, and he kindly asked and left his shoes outside the apartment without hesitation. Such respect and professionalism! Thank you so much, Kieran and Response Electricians. Highly recommended!

It's the little things that make great customer service, and changing the batteries in a hard to reach fire alarm and light (without charging) was greatly appreciated.

Ben attended late at night, made the system safe and gave great advice to get us up and running. Isaac attended a couple of days later and was able to identify the issue and able to rectify with some imaginative but practical solutions. Both technicians were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. We did not have to wait weeks as with some other services.
