Alex called to say he would be here at 11.45 and pretty much hit the time frame. Explained what the job was they were doing today. Both Alex and offsider very professional and finished the replacement of light fixtures in a timely manner. Also removed old fittings and took away for disposal and left the areas they worked in very tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Response Electricians to family and friends. Keep up the good work

time as arranged, he introduced himself with a greeting and explained his purpose. He was swift and efficient and asked if there was anything else he could do. Very professional and excused himself after the job was completed . I would highly recommend Response Electrician and the great team.

Fantastic work by Response Electricians. They installed two spilt system air-conditioners for me. The whole process of providing the quote, booking, and doing the job was smooth and quick. Rhys was punctual and did a great job during installation of the air-conditioners and upgrading the electrical circuit. He also provided advice on some of the concerns raised. Five stars!

Jason was Assigned to the work order. He is very good in communicating. He Call to advise when he is on his way to the Property. When the job was done, he called Again, to give an update of the issue. He even communicated with my tenants through Google translator.
