Jess was great, she arrived on the agreed time, she was friendly, professional and fast. I live in an apartment and she conducted some routine checks for my smoke alarms, RCD and she checked the locks and curtain strings - she double checked everything she did whilst explaining to me throughout. Had a mammoth job for the Response Electricians team on Tuesday. Mitch and Alex turned up all day (as did I think Ben? in the last couple of hours). Cannot thank the team enough and I am extremely happy with the work that was done. Everything that needed to be done once the fault finding was complete was explained and quoted on before they went ahead with fixing it. The guys were so professional, friendly and courteous. They worked so hard all day and are great assets for your company. I have found my new go to electricians. Thank you!
