I first engaged the Response Electrician team to complete an electrical health check on our new property. I was so impressed with the service I received (from initial enquiry, booking and the inspection itself) that I had them price up some work that we were already thinking about getting done. The quotation was more than competitive and the customer service side of things was again excellent. I have now had multiple jobs completed by Cam (assisted by a lady who’s name I’ve unfortunately forgotten) including conversion to LED’s, Light removals and fittings, switch board upgrades, fan installation and even the removal of an antique Robin Hood ironing board. The quality of the work has been exemplary, going above and beyond in some cases, and the whole experience has been a pleasure. Would highly recommend.

My hot water system was not working and Maria the office wonder woman very efficiently arranged for John to come over within 1 hour of my email to her requesting her assistance. John the electrician was very thorough and neat in his work. He found the cause and contacted the Stiebel representative to arrange for them to replace the hot water system. Thank you both for your help.
