The level of professionalism and customer service from both the office and the guys in the field is something other small businesses should strive for. Michael and his team were promptly on time and gave an extremely detailed and thorough inspection that allowed me to have a better understanding of what they were doing and also potential problems to look for in the future. Needed my chimney replaced. Making an appointment and getting a quote was easy. The work was to remove my old chimney, measure the length needed for components. Took about two weeks to get everything and come back and replace. Took a tad longer than they expected but they did a great job of being courteous, clean (used boot covers and covered the floor), and they did a great job putting everything like the mantle back.

In the past I have used them for chimney inspections and cleanings as well as several repair projects. One was relining a fireplace chimney; another was making modifications to an existing firebox to correctly fit and vent a stove insert which was previously installed by a prior homeowner but incorrectly fitted. My chimney was struck by lightening which broke up 29 layers of brick. Chimney Savers came to inspect it right away and then rearranged their schedule to help us rebuild it quickly. In its unstable condition, it was a danger to multiple bedrooms in our house. I really appreciate their speed of responsiveness. They did a great job rebuilding our chimney and making our house safe again!

Chimney Savers came and lined the chimney that I share with my neighbor in a condo. They were on time and did work quickly - finished in about 3 hours. Also, they put drop cloths down on my floors to protect them. Nice touch. I was shown pictures on an iPad of what they did. Beth in the office also was good about coordinating everything between Elli and me. Nice company. I will certainly recommend them if a friend needs that kind of work.
