Okay, so I drove the same car for almost 20 years. Part of the reason was that I was dreading the car shopping and buying process. I was terrified.
When my mechanic announced that he thought the time had come, I went to a different dealership. They were asking for something outrageous like 40% above the KBB value for used vehicles. There was little consideration. There was pressure. I left.
Enter Pat Curtis Chevrolet, which just so happened to have the perfect car for me. From the beginning, Mark was wonderful and very responsive. Even though I was just buying a used car, he treated me like a VIP the whole time. He made the entire process easy and seamless. There was zero pressure to buy anything. Oh, and I forgot to mention that the price of the vehicle was totally fair.
Ultimately, thanks to Mark, I ended up with a great car that I'm falling in love with. And I'm no longer afraid of the car buying process.
Please don't hesitate to do business with these nice and honest people. I hope they are still there in 20 years when I need another car. Actually, I wouldn't mind if it were sooner than that.
