Hey, I'm Carl Smith. This is my first time doing something like this. I'm not usually one to record things, but I wanted to share a bit about my experience with this program. It's really helped me uncover things about myself I needed to face and has allowed me to make more progress than ever before. It's given me practical ways to eat and live, even if I'm not following everything perfectly. I feel Betr equipped to handle it. I wish I could be more involved with the program long-term, maybe even as a coach someday. My coach has been very encouraging, even when I was just venting about unrelated stuff. This journey uncovered a lot for me, and the support was exactly what I needed. Eating right isn't just about food; it's a reflection of my whole life. When I eat right, it positively impacts other areas, boosting my confidence and belief in myself. It's time to face the things that have troubled me my whole life and leave them behind. Since starting the Betr Heath program and following the healthy eating protocol my body has undergone a complete turnaround. The difference in my gut health, mental health and energy levels are remarkable. I’m now off the lifetime GLP-1 weight loss medication that was making me bloated and sick and instead focusing on preparing and planning wholesome meals. One thing I’ve learned from the Betr program is that you need to focus on being “Independently Healthy” and you don’t need to rely on your coach, doctor or friends to improve and maintain your health. It’s your responsibility and the tools and support you’ll receive from Betr will help guide you on the path to health and happiness. You’ve got this!

I'm so excited about the BETR program this is my first week of starting and I've already lost 5 pounds! I can't wait to see where this takes me. It's always been hard to lose weight so I'm so excited for my new journey. My coach Gail is very supportive and provides all me with knowledge and instructions to keep me on the right track.

This program has been life-changing, and eye opening. I am enjoying it very much! I look forward to my meals and feeling less bloated, my joint pain and swelling in my hands is gone, my knee pain is gone and in five weeks without. Punting calories or weighing my food I lost 8 pounds. I want to give a huge shout out to my Coach Mariana! From day one, she was so supportive, very informative, provided me with great feedback was always so positive and uplifting. I am so lucky to have had her as my coach. I have had diet coaches in the past and felt so restricted with food, having to count macros, weighing everything and feeling defeated. I was always told to cut more food out of my diet and increase my exercise and not seeing results. My family is already jumping on board learning and adapting to, our new ways and I tell everybody about Betr!! It’s more than just weight loss it’s healing from the inside out. It is truly transformative.

I have tried many different ways to try to lose weight and stay healthy - and failed over and over again. I joined Betr because I was having gut health issues. Not only did I find a solution for those problems, but I lost weight, as well. I finally found a system that works for me which is healthy and easy to follow.

I Love this program I started on 8-7-23 almost three months I feel better look Better, when I was working no plan just go, grab something and go again, now I have this plan to follow with my scheduled meals each week, Recipes, and tricks to feeling Better. I have lost 10 pounds and working on losing another 10 , it is so easy and no struggle and the food taste great. Thank you Doctor Farro for all your tips and recipes, to more Better Days , Diane

I have enjoyed my experience with the Betr program! Having a list of the many food choices, made making a weekly meal plan very easy! Not having to count calories or macros was a huge plus for me! My coach, Sarah. was in daily communications with me and right there to encourage and answer any questions I had! I lost the stubborn 5 lbs in 4 weeks but more importantly, I lost the bloating and sluggish feelings I suffered from! Being conscious of eating 3 full meals and 2 healthy snacks each day helped eliminate nighttime cravings, which was my weakness! Having access to weekly podcasts and Betr recipes was also very helpful! I’ll be 80 years old in December, go to the gym 4 times a week and play pickle ball 4 mornings a week. I plan on continuing the Betr way of eating to continue living an active, healthy lifestyle!

I have tried every “lifestyle change/diet” you can think of. Counting macros, keto, weight watchers, personal nutrition coach, RP templates, paleo. Being taught WHAT foods to eat is a game changer. Being able to eliminate toxic food for MY body has helped me get really in tune with my body and what It needs. It does not need a lot! I have seen amazing results. My period got back on track, my skin was glowing, i mentally and physically felt great. I was still able to lift weights and run and have so much energy. My partner and I’s relationship has gotten better. I lost 12lbs in 4 weeks. The same 12 pounds I’ve been trying to lose for years. I now have all this knowledge in my back pocket and confidence that i can hit reset whenever i want. My coach was always there for me with any questions i had and really kept me on the right path. I would 12/10 recommend.

This program was recommended to me by my health insurance company. I am so glad I made a decision to sign up. The Betr Health program is easy to follow and made such a difference for me. I am down 6% of my body weight in 4 weeks. My coach, Gail, is the absolute best ! She’s encouraging, knowledgeable and has the greatest personality. I just wanted to share the incredible experience I’ve had with Betr Health. I found this program by accident through my health insurance and 10 weeks in I’m done 20 percent in weight but most importantly my anxiety is all but gone. The connection between or gut health and our mental health seems undeniable i was actually looking on my health insurance app regarding therapy when I stumbled upon it. Sometimes life hands you a little more than you think you can handle but how amazing it is to find that following Dr Ferris’s protocol has put me in the wonderful position to be my betr me. I’ve been so supported from day one. My coach Rachael was always there for me. She totally set me up to go on without her. I can’t say enough good things about her and this program. My chronic daily pain is reduced to virtually nothing. I’ve lost 16 pounds and 12 total inches. My cholesterol is down, my good cholesterol is up and my bad cholesterol is down. I have been physically active for my entire life and have been lifting weights since 22 years old. I am currently 59. Being able to eat 75% fruits and vegetables and 25% lean protein has helped me immensely to maintain my strength and muscle mass. I continue to train 4 to 5 days per week and was able to complete a lifting competition yesterday where I benched the 45 pound bar 50 times for speed, and did it in 41 seconds. Those who fear they may lose strength, speed, endurance, or muscle mass. Need not be concerned. I eat a lot. I’ve lost weight and inches and maintained my muscle. I was referred to Betr Health by Blue Shield. I immediately received a really nice digital scale and Fitbit. I worked the program pretty much as advised, it's not easy in the beginning but I was surprised how much I liked the changes, including more vegetables. I really thought it would be all about lowering sugar intake, but it was much more about anti-inflammatory foods and no processed food. It does force you to cook a bit. But I finally ordered food from the Betr Market and you get a TON of food for $200ish. It will last me weeks. I put everything in the freezer, except for what I was eating that week. All of it is really delicious, and I like that it's mix and match, vs. full meals. I really like the calls with Dr. Ferro. You must do one in your first couple weeks - everything will make so much more sense! He is so knowledgeable. Overall, in 6 weeks I have lost 16 pounds. I have a lot more to go, but I do feel like I've learned to make better choices. It's a long-term lifestyle plan, not a diet. I highly recommend this program!

I love this program! It just makes sense to me. All those weird diets, where you only eat meat and fat or starve yourself in order to try and lose weight, didn’t make sense at all. I believe in a holistic sustainable approach, and I have found it with this program! I have had plantar fasciitis in my left foot for a year now. Nothing seemed to work to help my inflammation. It was getting worse, and I couldn’t even go for my long walks that I liked to do. After only a week of doing this program on level one, it completely went away! And I started losing almost a pound a day, but I was feeling full and satisfied. I was able to fix my foot, and lose weight and feel great! It has been fun to learn how to cook foods from level one so that it can be sustainable for me for a lifetime!! I listen to my body way more now and I’m NOT afraid to weigh myself every day, because I know it is and a journey of developing good habits. I have learned consistency over perfection is the key!!

I am just starting level 2 and lost 18.5 lbs already. Never hungry! Recipes are great and easy to follow. So much energy too. I’ve struggled with IBS for years and since day 2 of this program I’ve had none. What a blessing. My blood pressure has never been this good either. My Dr has already reduced my blood pressure meds by 1/2. I’ve taken meds for GERD daily for 13 years…now I only need it 1-2x per week. Highly recommend this program.
