Hands down BEST health/weight loss program I've ever done. It felt like I was simply improving my lifestyle. I lost weight and transformed my digestive health in a matter of days. Now it's part of who I am. Love this program!!! Thank you Betr!!!

I went into the Betr protocol as a skeptic. I was a skeptic on both sides actually- skeptic they could deliver on improving my health and skeptical it would be something I would feel "successful" at. I'm very happy to report that my cynicism and skepticism was misplaced! There were a few things missing from the reviews I read when I considered doing the program. Everyone said they felt better and lost weight, which is great, but I was really looking for some more information about what I would be experiencing. So the program is simple but also restrictive. This was a definite win for me because I function well with clear rules and expectations. You will be given a clear list of what you can eat and it will require some creativity and prep on your part. I wouldn't consider starting this protocol at a time you couldn't devote some brain power to it- especially in the first week (it is much smoother in the following weeks). You are tracked by excellent coaches daily (shout out to Anita!!) and sometimes more than daily. You send pictures of everything that you eat and weigh in daily so they can see how it has affected you. You are also given a really clear eating schedule and supplement schedule. The recipes provided with the meal plan are decent. There was only one night where I was a little "meh." The recipes were nice because it took out my need to think about what to make, but you definitely don't need to use their recipes and can make your own based off the food list provided. So now for results.... 1.) I was an absolute sugar addict before and now I have 0 cravings. When I say sugar addict, I am not being flip or overly dramatic. It was a daily, real struggle that left me feeling like an out of control loser. 2.) My joints feel better. I have more range of motion during yoga and stretching. 3.) I have fibromyalgia and I have been a lot more functional while using the BETR protocol 4.) It was a wonderful reset that reminded me what it was to treat my body well. There was a lot of peace that came from ending the food struggle. 5.) I lost 11lbs in 3 weeks I wasn't perfect on the program- they ask you to rotate your proteins every day and I definitely did a lot of next day leftovers. I also was not good at the timing schedule and occasionally missed my supplements. But the magic still happened for me! I'm excited to continue on with BETR- I've made the decision to continue coaching on level 2 and beyond because I'm not ready to have my training wheels off. It's nice to know I will have such compassionate, invested people supporting me while I let the habit and skill of living well sink deep. It's given me a confidence that I have sorely missed! Great weightloss program! Carly was my coach and she made it so easy. I was given a menu every week that was easy to follow, easy to prepare, and made me feel physically really good.This is not a one size fits all menu. The menu is designed to fit your dietary restrictions and the foods you like to eat. I lost weight steadily and Carly was there every step of the way to help me. The best part of this program is that now I know what I should be eating and in what quantities. This program has you eating healthy, balanced meals so you can continue eating this way forever. At the maintenance phase Carly explained how I could indulge once or twice a week and still maintain my weight. Having Carly check in with me every day kept me in line. The program is long enough to change your eating habits and get you past your cravings. Go for it! You have nothing to lose but weight!

Great experience! Lost weight, had more energy (no more afternoon naps needed!) and looked and felt healthier! Would not have been able to accomplish this in 21 days without the accountability and community involved with the Betr program. I'm a believer!

I can't say enough good things about Betr Health. It has truly been a great experience. I'm sleeping better, have more energy, and just feel great in general. The 15 pounds of weight loss (and counting) doesn't hurt either They make it so easy for you with meal plans, recipes, and a personal coach to work with you and guide you through the program. What more could you ask for??? I'm so glad I decided to try Betr. I fee healthy, and that's the best feeling of all!

My story... I had been thinking something had to change and I was not losing weight under my years of trial and error method. I ran into acquaintance in late March. After talking awhile I said something has changed, have you lost weight ? The response with a big grin was yes ! So I ask how and so forth. That lead to being introduced to Carly B. Now what the B means is "B" = the BEST coach you could ever ask for. CarlyB and I set a start date and the journey began in late April. She answered a lot of questions and guided me through the shopping and cooking process. Now I admit I fall off the wagon a couple times and was assured to was not the end to the weight lose. CarlyB was a constant support through the whole process and I sincerely thank her for that. So after 6 weeks I am down 23.6 pounds. My cholesterol went for 204 at the beginning, to 178 a week and half later to 152 on June 1st. Talk about shocked. I was thinking I would be buying the next size clothes up, now need to buy one or two sizes down. WOW !!! I tell you, if I had seen the results in someone else I had not seen in a few years. I would have not believed this life style transformation was even possible. Thank you to Betr Health, Dr Ferro, and extra praise and thanks to Carly B. I still am amazed and losing weight.

This program has really helped me have a healthier view on food and weight (gaining or losing). First, I have received so many wonderful recipes that are very healthy and my family enjoys. Don't get me wrong, pizza is amazing and always will be. But with this program you learn how to make the fun foods healthy, which allows you to not feel guilty and the ingredients are things that your body actually needs. The second thing I have discovered is that the scale can be a useful tool instead of the cause of a lot of mental anguish. I lost inches, even though some days the scales showed an increase. I am to the point where if I get up in the morning and the numbers are higher than the day before, it's usually because I either didn't drink enough water or I didn't eat enough the prior day. Weighing myself is now a positive and helpful thing, and not something I dread.
