This program has really helped me have a healthier view on food and weight (gaining or losing). First, I have received so many wonderful recipes that are very healthy and my family enjoys. Don't get me wrong, pizza is amazing and always will be. But with this program you learn how to make the fun foods healthy, which allows you to not feel guilty and the ingredients are things that your body actually needs. The second thing I have discovered is that the scale can be a useful tool instead of the cause of a lot of mental anguish. I lost inches, even though some days the scales showed an increase. I am to the point where if I get up in the morning and the numbers are higher than the day before, it's usually because I either didn't drink enough water or I didn't eat enough the prior day. Weighing myself is now a positive and helpful thing, and not something I dread.

This program is just what I need! Eating regularly is a stuggle for me but with the resources and my coach I have been able to get my body the nutrition it needs to function at it's best!

When I first heard about the program, I wondered weather or not this could be something that I could do and incorporate the foods for my family. I come from a long time of great cooks and we love to try new & interesting foods. It would be quite expensive to have to set two different meal plans, grocery lists, etc. But once I was given the list of foods for the first level of the program, I took it on as a challenge. The family has not complained once! The recipes that are provided are a definite help. But it has been a real pleasure to challenge myself by coming up with recipes within the program guidelines. One thing I can say to anyone considering this program is ...try it! You will lose weight. You will feel better. The weight-loss will vary for each person but it is a definite success. I converted 10 pounds in the first level and I'm looking forward to converting more in the second level. You have nothing to lose but the weight what more can you ask for?.... How about betr energy, betr food, betr overall health, betr relaxation. Everything is just betr!!

This program has really helped me understand how my workouts AND the food work together. Coach Emily and Dr. Farro really helped me understand that fueling your body with enough of the proper foods is a key component to weight loss. It isn't about restriction!
