Loved this plan! Finally something that works. lost 19 pounds in the first 21 days! I was then motivated. It was simple! In 6 months I lost 55 pounds! I had tried other "diets" that didn't work for me. Paleo, Weight Watchers, Atkins...nothing compares to the results I got with Pure Proactive!

Online weight loss that works. No other program or company has helped me and so many other people to gain control of their health. Clean eating with constant supervision make success a guarantee. No points, shakes or counting calories. You eat real whole foods that balance your body and you feel AMAZING! I have no more outbreaks on my face. I don't feel bloated and sick all the time. I have more energy, and most of all, I feel CONFIDENT IN MYSELF! Great company, great purpose. I recommend it to everyone everywhere.

The first week was tough, but it quickly became fun once I saw results. I lost 15 lbs in 6 weeks just by eating differently! The weekly calls with my coach kept me encouraged and on track. I have more energy, clearer skin, and a whole new mindset about food. It truly felt like a detox without the torture, and now I actually love saying, “I have food at home!”. It’s exciting because I want to know what is in my food and how it will benefit me.

The program is fairly easy to follow. You will lose weight if you stick with the food lists for each level. The app has glitched in the past, but appears to be working better now.

I like that insurance covers plans like This to help make getting healthier affordable. This program is very easy to follow and comes with a coach (personal and group), meal plans, recipes, meal delivery if you want that, accountability, offers an app and online access, tons of support available. This program is to help you get better not perfect and make healthier choices. I believe my personal coach could have been more personable and engaging as she hardly talked with me. There are different levels of the plan and it goes with your pace! I would recommend but ask for an involved personal coach. I also like that it offers some yoga training. I didn’t like that after level 1 your coach just leaves you but there is the support of the group coach and through the Facebook group and insta chat. There are perks and rewards for doing the program as well!! I’m 4 weeks I lost 14lbs!

I'm only on week 2 and I have seen results. The first week is a bit tough. I love salad, but eating them every day, most days twice a day, feels like too much sometimes. I didn't know enough about the program yet to mix and match foods using the recipes, etc. Also, being conformed to only using items on a list can feel restrictive (liquid aminos and himalayan salt and liquid Stevia), but apparently the science is there and whatever I was doing before wasn't working, so here I am. The support is amazing. The coaching is great as well as utilizing the Insta Chat (which isn't always Insta, but pretty quick turn around reply by very friendly and helpful people) if you have any questions. The recipes they provide are very simple for any cook, but they also offer ready made meals that you can purchase. They have a weekly support Zoom to listen to a message then participants can offer advice, give testimony, or ask a question. Overall, the program is very well-thought out and comprehensive. Their phone app could use some work--it's not user friendly in some regards, but it's nice to have to do meal check-ins and daily Tasks. I would recommend this program for anyone struggling to lose weight and getting behind the science of why it's difficult and how to become healthy internally.

Good program to reset and get on track with healthy eating. No counting calories! Food as medicine concept is sustainable. Level 2 process and communication could be improved. Online community is very supportive and has tons of great recipes.

As all of you have experienced, last year was crazy. I went from going to work, walking upstairs, shopping at lunch, and walking around visiting co-workers. Now, I get up, walk into the dinning room (where my computer is set-up), walk to the kitchen, and the mailbox. So the lbs just started to come on. Even before that, I would not eat a salad without having stomach pain. At dinner, certain foods also caused it. Doctors thought it was an ulcer. But it was not. I got to where I always took a Zantac or Pepcid AC before every meal. Then I started Betr. I have been on it a little over 3 weeks and salad don't bother me. I have tried other foods and am still fine. No more Pepcid AC!!!!! In the process, I also lost weight! Give it a try, what do you have to lose? A few lbs and inches or gain a better you!!

This is an excellent plan that is pretty easy to stick with. The first 30 days are the hardest. It has worked VERY well for me and I feel better than I have in years (I'm almost 55 yrs old). My only complaint is not having a personal coach after 3 months. Linda was an AMAZING coach and great motivator. You do still have access to help via the instachat. Definitely recommend BETR health for anyone looking to lose weight and become healthier in their food choices. Adrenal cleanse is a must !

I have lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. It's nice to have a guide built in and my coach Chloe has been super helpful. The menu is easy to follow. The key is to celebrate making better choices not getting down on yourself for not making perfect choices

My coach is great. Very supportive and helpful. I’ve done well on the program because I follow it. That’s key. Sometimes I’m frustrated with the app because things don’t always come through on it. And there are inconsistencies in the materials that should be addressed, but overall, you can lose weight and feel great if you follow it.

My coach Amy was wonderful. I'm pretty fit and was able to lose 8 lbs in 21 days. It is a pretty restrictive plan. After eating on the plan for 21 days, I felt lighter and my energy and digestion were better. It's a good jump start to improved health.
