I'm only on week 2 and I have seen results. The first week is a bit tough. I love salad, but eating them every day, most days twice a day, feels like too much sometimes. I didn't know enough about the program yet to mix and match foods using the recipes, etc. Also, being conformed to only using items on a list can feel restrictive (liquid aminos and himalayan salt and liquid Stevia), but apparently the science is there and whatever I was doing before wasn't working, so here I am. The support is amazing. The coaching is great as well as utilizing the Insta Chat (which isn't always Insta, but pretty quick turn around reply by very friendly and helpful people) if you have any questions. The recipes they provide are very simple for any cook, but they also offer ready made meals that you can purchase. They have a weekly support Zoom to listen to a message then participants can offer advice, give testimony, or ask a question. Overall, the program is very well-thought out and comprehensive. Their phone app could use some work--it's not user friendly in some regards, but it's nice to have to do meal check-ins and daily Tasks. I would recommend this program for anyone struggling to lose weight and getting behind the science of why it's difficult and how to become healthy internally.

Good program to reset and get on track with healthy eating. No counting calories! Food as medicine concept is sustainable. Level 2 process and communication could be improved. Online community is very supportive and has tons of great recipes.

As all of you have experienced, last year was crazy. I went from going to work, walking upstairs, shopping at lunch, and walking around visiting co-workers. Now, I get up, walk into the dinning room (where my computer is set-up), walk to the kitchen, and the mailbox. So the lbs just started to come on. Even before that, I would not eat a salad without having stomach pain. At dinner, certain foods also caused it. Doctors thought it was an ulcer. But it was not. I got to where I always took a Zantac or Pepcid AC before every meal. Then I started Betr. I have been on it a little over 3 weeks and salad don't bother me. I have tried other foods and am still fine. No more Pepcid AC!!!!! In the process, I also lost weight! Give it a try, what do you have to lose? A few lbs and inches or gain a better you!!

This is an excellent plan that is pretty easy to stick with. The first 30 days are the hardest. It has worked VERY well for me and I feel better than I have in years (I'm almost 55 yrs old). My only complaint is not having a personal coach after 3 months. Linda was an AMAZING coach and great motivator. You do still have access to help via the instachat. Definitely recommend BETR health for anyone looking to lose weight and become healthier in their food choices. Adrenal cleanse is a must !

I have lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. It's nice to have a guide built in and my coach Chloe has been super helpful. The menu is easy to follow. The key is to celebrate making better choices not getting down on yourself for not making perfect choices

My coach is great. Very supportive and helpful. I’ve done well on the program because I follow it. That’s key. Sometimes I’m frustrated with the app because things don’t always come through on it. And there are inconsistencies in the materials that should be addressed, but overall, you can lose weight and feel great if you follow it.

My coach Amy was wonderful. I'm pretty fit and was able to lose 8 lbs in 21 days. It is a pretty restrictive plan. After eating on the plan for 21 days, I felt lighter and my energy and digestion were better. It's a good jump start to improved health.

April at Betr Health helped me learn what I needed to eat and how much to eat each day to be healthier. After three weeks I've lost 11 pounds, my skin is healthier and I am sleeping better overall. The recipes they provided me helped me stay on track for making gradual changes in my diet and understanding what my body needs to really feel good. Pure Pro Nutrition was one of the best things that I have done for myself. I learned how to eat clean and healthy and lose weight quickly. For me I personally lost 15 pounds in 21 days and we're given the tools to keep it off. My coach Cristina was always available, supportive and gave me great advise. Highly recommend if you are looking to change your life for the better.

I've been on Pure Proactive Health for almost 4 weeks. For being someone who hates to cook and who uses a microwave to heat every meal, I've been very successful in the program. I've lost 16 pounds in 18 days and I feel great. I feel lighter, my skin is clear and overall I feel in better health. Thanks to Carly B. i've stayed on track and have had continued success. The food is easy to make and having someone to answer any questions you have is extrememly helpful. I can't wait to see how the next level will be!

My coach Anita was the best! She is always there to answer questions and lend help and support at every turn. This program really gets you eating clean and takes toxins totally out of your life. I was able to completely change my palate and get off of the chemical-ridden splenda and learn to really enjoy stevia as a much healthier alternative! I wasn't hungry at all on this program as my body was actually utilizing everything I was putting into it. I was able to get off sugar and rid myself of cravings. I have tools to take with me into the future and I learned a lot about food and health. Thank you Pure Proactive!!!!

Loved how fast I dropped weight. Loved our counseling from Lydia, she helped us all the way. My only issue which is not too bad because our councelor helped us throught it was a little constipation. Besides that, you can't beat the results!

I found this program to be very good, it helped me in a lot of ways one of the biggest things for me was actually getting the water in I have a hard time but my coach reinitiated that you have to have that for so many reasons, and I lost 10lbs in 2 weeks.
